Also.....wanted to add that the Entertainment Team were also really good. At poolside they are very often visible and always helpful in explaining what the plans are for the evening. Aleks was great and spoke brilliant English which was helpful. Always knew what was going on and gave us great advice

We have really enjoyed our stay but could do with some Adult entertainment in the evening there was a couple of bars but one was very Russia/German and the other has too much going on with all the games in the bar area Staff were all amazing and there are plenty of restaurants for food throughout the day

I had an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was warm and family-friendly. The room was immaculate — very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our arrival. It felt really welcoming and was perfect for staying with kids. The resort itself is fantastic for families. There is so much for children to do, especially with the water park, and it’s clear the whole place is designed with families in mind. It made the holiday really relaxing for parents while still being exciting and fun for the kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. A great resort with fantastic staff and an ideal destination for a family holiday

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! The best! Animation is perfect, Animator Nikoloz and Aliona is Profesional, fery friendly. Thanks you 😍 rooms is very pretty, clear. Dishes is very tasty and different. Recommended!!!
