Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park by Neverland

Excellent customer service from all. As a vegan family, an all-inclusive isn't yet (2026) going to be a straightforward experience, which I knew when booking, but Giorgia at the Customer Relations desk has gone out of her way all week to make this inclusive (excuse the pun) for us, liaised with restaurant managers to get us great vegan options. We even had a couple of cakes made for us as there's nothing at all in the bakery for us otherwise. Vegan pancakes for breakfast. Nice. Special mentions to Mohammed Ali with the cake, and Mr Ramadan who I'm not sure if he's the manager of the Tagine restaurant or overall restaurant supervisor, but he ensured our Tagine night was wonderful, and was ready for us at Asiatique the following night with our food ready, and top service from all staff. They seem a happy team, I wish I could namecheck them all. Mo our room cleaner, supreme work, made everything super tidy and clean. Gardens pristine. Lots of cats but no evidence of them, if you know what I mean! Note: Hotel management, it would be amazing if you had a plant-based / vegan restaurant/area on site to make things easier for those of us who can't or won't eat meat and dairy - I'm sure we aren't the only ones. Or at the very least, label things vegan. Entertainment good. I'd prefer a more authentic Egyptian experience than western music and dancing. But a fun watch, especially the two who did the Michael Jackson routine (red catsuit lady). Slides. Wish these were open all day. They shut a lot. Late starts and early finishes too, which is a shame. It's also REALLY slippery walking around, I've nearly fallen over several times. Wish you'd ban smoking on site too, it's prolific and horrible. This is a child-focused place, come on! Still giving five out of five on service alone though.

What an amazing place. We was dubious when we arrived as its full of huge figures of disney ect. The place is huge the rooms where lovely . Was amazing having a pool right outside your room. The water was was second to none absoutely huge the good was nice. Sometimes a little boring but there was always dufferant restaurants you could visit our fav was taj as we love a food curry lol. The beach was lovely and clean again attentive staff that brought you drinks and the food again was great. Would i recommend this place yes 100% id love to bring my granddaughters as theyd love it as much as us. The staff are all second to none cant do enough for you.

Went to jungle Aqua with my daughter, two nephews and sister in law. Stayed near the Alf side.. The resort was fantastic, plenty to do for the kids.. Loads of restaurants and choice.. Asian restaurant i would definitely recommend. Only thing that wasn't free was ice creams, for a resort that big and well catered, ice cream should be available. There is candy floss, popcorn, crepes ,loads of other choice . Now for the room, air con worked perfectly, shower was hot if you got in before 6pm, we did have our room cleaned once but that was my preference for clean bedding and towels. The room I stayed in could be updated, it was very worn. Quite disappointed as this was not the room that was sold to me.. The doors and handles could be cleaned as these were very dirty, the shower head could be replaced, just the whole room needs some TLC .. but the beds are comfortable. All in all the kids had a great time.. be prepared as this is a huge complex..

From start to finish, I can honestly say the experience was out of this world! The staff at reception insured that check-in went very smoothly all happened really quickly and we were then taken to our room 5400, I can honestly say that any room you were in you’re no more than 10 m away from the pool. We went without children, but there were still plenty to do for all ages day and night. The staff go above and beyond and can’t help enough. There are so many restaurants to choose from the food never gets repetitive and it’s all to a very high standard. The only one point that I would improve is the variety of alcoholic drinks is quite poor but it didn’t spoil our holiday. We have already booked to come back next year and I’m bringing all three of our older children with us.

Absolutely amazing holiday, everyone went above and beyond. So much to do and we will definitely want to return in the future 😊 Fabtastic excursion to orange bay and snorkeling, waterpark was epic and our son had a fantastic birthday celebration at the Neverland show where they made a huge fuss and gave us a beautiful cake 😍🎂
