Fantastic staff and food. Plenty of pools and sun beds. The animation team were great especially Hamza who was always friendly and fun.

We visited this hotel for 2 weeks as a couple and cannot fault anything !! From the rooms to the entertainment team , the bar staff to the reception team and the cleaning staff - absolutely amazing. We had a terrace room on ground floor which was very spacious and kept extremely clean every day . Even the toiletries supplied were great . You even get a fridge with coca-cola , sprite and fresh bottled water as needed. Which was a life saver . The air conditioning was brilliant too ! The bar staff couldnt do enough for us , always friendly and the drinks were great too. Im a vodka person but the bar staff suggested a strawberry mojito which I now absolutely love, thanks !! My partner said the beer was good too Now the entertainment team , they are an amazing bunch of people, we especially enjoyed talking to Aya , who always tried to get us to join in some activities but we didnt have kids with us so were always relaxing . Loved our football chats with Nathan and also shout out to Levi who does a wonderful job too. The team in the restaurants are so attentive and are a credit to the hotel especially Mahmood Mehat who was always looking after us at breakfast and dinner such a caring and hard working man. The food was amazing , great selection even if you're fussy , theres something for everyone. We especially loved the nightly outdoor BBQ . Kebabs, lamb, beef , Moroccan chicken and burgers. All round amazing hotel cant wait to come back !!!!!

We visited for 10 days before we return at Christmas/newyear to see what it was like. It’s beautiful, staff are all so friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us with also a free upgrade 🙂 Great location. Pools are a very good size with 4 areas for little ones which are fab. We will definitely be returning for Christmas 🙂

​Our stay has been a mix of wonderful experiences and a few areas that could use management's attention. ​The Positives: - ​Housekeeping: The cleaning staff member assigned to our room is exceptionally kind and always ready to help. - ​Cleanliness: The rooms are spotless. Even traveling with a small child, we found the hygiene standards to be perfect. - ​Room Amenities: The room is well-equipped with everything we need. The hot water is consistent and the water pressure is excellent. - ​Dining: The food is excellent, especially the variety of chicken and beef dishes available at the restaurants. - ​Kids' Facilities: This resort is a dream for children. The kids' pools are the highlight of the property, and our 4-year-old daughter had an amazing time. The organized children's shows are also a great addition that rounded out our experience. ​Areas for Improvement: - ​Maintenance: The elevator in our block broke down three times in two days and has now been out of order for 48 hours. It feels like this is not being treated as a priority. - ​Beach Experience: We felt quite harassed on the beach by staff trying to sell excursions. Being approached up to four times a day makes it difficult to relax. - ​Noise Levels: The volume from the speakers during activities is far too loud, especially for small children participating nearby. - ​Reception & Service: The reception staff seem indifferent. Check-in took a very long time, and subsequent requests were met with "come back tomorrow" without explanation. Specifically, we requested a room decoration for our child’s birthday; despite being promised, it never happened. We only found a small cake in the room with no festive setup at all, which was disappointing. ​Overall, it is a beautiful resort with great facilities, but the service at the front desk and maintenance response times need significant improvement.
