This was a great experience The room was beautiful and clean Pools were nice and always well maintained by the lovely lifeguards Waiters and Restaurant staff did their best in delivering a great service A special shoutout goes to the lovely guest relation lady Nicole- she is one of a kind, always very friendly and going the extra mile to assure you are happy during your stay... very attentive and hard working , we hope to see her again next time... Thanks also to the friendly reception and chefs, HK boys and security guards.. Thanks for a great stay Hopefully see you next year

Good place to have a vacation with your family and the animation is verry good a specialy zika we had al lot of fun with him

This was our second stay at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We traveled as a group of three families, and from the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and effortless. The staff welcomed us warmly and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness was impressive in every area. The pools were amazing, especially for families with children. There were plenty of options for the kids to enjoy safely, which made the experience even more relaxing for the parents. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding, especially in the restaurants. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always checking on us to see if we needed drinks or anything else. Their hospitality truly made us feel valued and cared for. One gesture that really stood out was on our departure day. Before checking out, we asked if it would be possible to have some sandwiches for our journey. The team went above and beyond and prepared 13 lunch boxes—one for every member of our group. It was such a thoughtful act and a perfect example of the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly resort in Hurghada. We look forward to returning again!

Very good hotel ....friendly staff doing everything perfectly.

We just left the hotel and we were very happy during the holiday , very clean rooms, delicious food, I think it was like a paradise for us but of course we cannot spend time just eating and relax, we decided to go to Luxor for one day in a private tour and we found a local travel agent is called sheriff Egypt and we booked the tour and we didn't regret because this tour made sense of our holiday to see civilization and history, when we came back we wanted to extend our stay because we loved it but unfortunately we couldn't, that's why we left unhappy and we wanted to stay longer. But we will come back next year. Thank you
