Amazing Hotel and staff. Upon arrival we were greeted by the Hotel Manager which was a nice touch, and he was also there to say thank you and check if you enjoyed the stay when it was time to leave. First Impressions were of a fantastically clean inviting place. Staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough to make your holiday perfect. We had chosen to take the VIP Package when we booked and we felt it was worth the extra cost as it gave you a late checkout room as standard, access to all Seven a la carte restaurants and access to the 24 hour Executive Lounge Bar. The Hotel has a very quiet and relaxed environment so if you want a lively and packed entertainment offering, this would not be the hotel for you. Staff are constantly cleaning the grounds until night. Waiters around pool area constantly keeping you refreshed with any drinks you require - big shout out to Melad who was our poolside waiter. Restaurant staff are amazing in all the restaurants - again big shout out to Mamoud, Alaa,Hassan to name but a few, but they are all fantastic. The Executive Lounge - Mohammad (Lewis) the Barman / Waiter was a brilliant asset to the Hotel - a great friendly guy. Food in all the a la carte is some of the best myself and my wife have had on the many trips we have taken abroad. Rooms are clean and tidy,( we had a Jacuzzi suite, which gives you the late checkout and Vip package included as standard ) if maybe a little outdated, but as far as we were concerned they are suitable for our needs, with a massive comfortable bed and jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle with twin basin washing facilities. There isn't an awful lot outside of the hotel to do, but they do have their own beach but swimming is only available via a pontoon walkway to prevent any damage to the natural Coral. You can also hire a Golf Cart buggy for around 20 English pounds per hour and drive along the coastal roadway to Sal Hasheese where there is a small offering of shops , bars and restaurants. It does get busy around the pools and sunbeds can be like anywhere else in high demand, but we never had any problems securing ours around the small pool by the pool bar whilst we were there. WiFi was fine wherever we used our phones within the hotel. I'm sure there are many other great things i have forgotten to mention about the Premier Le Reve, but in closure, I can guarantee we will definitely be returning.

Another amazing week at this hotel. Always clean, friendly and welcoming. Food in all restaurants is great especially the buffet which has something for everyone every meal. The staff are the greatest asset here and ensure that each person is treated with extreme care and they endeavour to remember each guest’s likes and dislikes which makes everyone feel special!

What an amazing hotel. The atmosphere and the setting is incredible. We spent 11 nights in April and the choice of food and drinks is absolutely 5🌟. The hotel staff are so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Every day Milad delivered our drinks and bottles of water to us round the pool and always remembered our favourite tipples. Karem and Abdul were superb at the jetty. They pointed out the best places to snorkel and we were lucky enough to see a 2 metre Moray eel. Thanks to both of them for personalised snorkels once again you made us feel very special. We will be back next year. The restaurants are incredible. The Japanese was our favourite and we were lucky to dine alone one evening which seemed very special service. Thanks to Alaa and the 2 Ahmed’s in Ossiano for their tireless service and their smiling interaction each mealtime. Around the pools we have to thank Mohammed who ensured our beds were turned and umbrellas up, Essam who was a ray of sunshine each day and Hazem who delivered drinks, fruit salad and has an amazing sense of humour. We remember you each year. Special thanks also to Mahmoud Lewis in the executive lounge. Our espresso martinis were on our tables as we sat down what a really great host. And of course Magda who did her utmost to fit us in our requested restaurants and who was there for advise and information each day x. Once again the hotel manager Mr Fouquet is incredible. Every day he circulates amongst the guests and asks about problems or improvements. He is inspirational and engenders a real customer focused mentality amongst his staff. He is always there as you depart to see that you’ve had a great time. I will definitely return again next year what a stunning hotel.

This hotel is just outstanding from the moment you walk into the lobby we are returning customers and still get that holiday buzz to return. Our favourite resturant is the Japanese with chef mamoud and Ahmed. Our room did have a strong smell but staff rectified it and made sure we were happy. The staff here are a credit to the hotel anything you want or need nothing is a problem. We have stayed here in jan, feb,april and nov and weather is always fantastic although a tad windy at times.
