After spending 11 unforgettable nights at Premier Le Rêve Hotel, we can honestly say it has been one of the best holidays we've ever had. The hotel came highly recommended by my mum and dad, who are returning guests themselves, and now we completely understand why. Thanks to this incredible experience, we will definitely be returning too! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is second to none. The food was exceptional, the cleanliness impeccable, and the level of service was outstanding in every area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the genuine care and pride shown by the staff made all the difference. One thing that really stood out was the incredible work ethic of every member of staff. They work tirelessly across multiple areas of the hotel, all day, every day, yet they always do it with a genuine smile, warmth and joy. Their dedication, professionalism and passion for ensuring every guest has the best possible experience is nothing short of outstanding. There are a few people who made our holiday truly special. Carlos and Abdo looked after us throughout the day around the pool, always with smiles on their faces and providing exceptional service. In the evenings, Mahmoud and Mousa at the Pool Bar made every night enjoyable with their friendliness, humour and professionalism. Adam in the Long Bar was fantastic, always welcoming, attentive and happy to have a chat. Mohammed kept our room spotless throughout our stay, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. A special mention also goes to Bassant and Egny in the spa, who provided some of the best treatments we've ever experienced. Their professionalism and expertise made our spa visits a real highlight of the holiday. Something else that really struck us was the number of returning guests. We met so many people who come back year after year, with several telling us this was their 13th visit or even more. I have honestly never stayed at a hotel where so many guests return so frequently, but having now experienced Premier Le Rêve for ourselves, we completely understand why. It's a testament to the exceptional standards, the incredible staff and the welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back time and time again. What makes Premier Le Rêve so special isn't just the beautiful hotel, it's the incredible people who work there. They create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we've not only had an amazing holiday but have also made friends for life. Thank you to everyone at Premier Le Rêve for making our stay so memorable. We arrived as first-time guests but left feeling like part of the Premier Le Rêve family. We are already counting down the days until we return next year!

Great little hotel. In town, centrally located. Easy access. QUIET, Clean, great pool. BARBARA is the best.

We had the best romantic vacation ever with amaaaaazing vibes and friendly staff, they also have many night programs which we enjoyed the most 😍 But a great thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdullah the manager and Mr. Khaled Helmy for having that great time and their team 🌹🌹

Had the best time the staff are amazing everywhere is spotlessly clean the food is is amazing something for everyone the shops inside the hotel are outstanding from Max the jewellers to Adam in the bazaar shop they were so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble

If you're looking for a peaceful, elegant, and relaxing adults-only resort in Hurghada, this hotel is absolutely worth considering, especially for couples. The resort is beautifully maintained, the beach is clean and relaxing, the atmosphere is calm, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The food offers a great variety, the restaurants are well organized, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you goes to Chef Essam at the ice cream corner. He was, without question, the highlight of our stay. Every day he welcomed us with a warm smile, remembered our preferences, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made every visit memorable. In fact, on our last day, my wife and I went to the ice cream corner specifically to thank him personally and leave him a tip as a small token of our appreciation. Unfortunately, he wasn't working that day, so we didn't get the chance to express our gratitude in person. We truly hope this review reaches him because he absolutely deserves the recognition. Another outstanding member of the team is Carlos at the pool bar. His positive attitude, great sense of humor, and contagious energy created an amazing atmosphere every day. He always made us smile and turned every visit to the pool bar into a pleasant experience. The entire team deserves recognition for their hospitality and dedication. They made us feel genuinely valued throughout our holiday.
