Premier Le Reve & Spa

Our 3rd visit and we go back for a reason. The staff are amazing and honestly can’t do enough for you, the food is 5 star every restaurant the quality is second to none if you want all inclusive but like to have service this is the place every restaurant is served apart from the main restaurant which you go at your choice as many to choose from. The rooms are big and comfortable in need of a refurb as they look tired and dirty - I cleaned our room with my own cleaning wipes from home as it was not pleasant and was fed up with the cleaner keep looking for tips constantly! Lots of returning visitors and they like their spots around d the hotel and I don’t blame them when they have been so many times but it does make getting sunbeds as a group difficult unless you get up at stupid o’clock in the morning but loads on the beach anytime I just don’t like sand getting everywhere and it was quite windy during our stay. Mr F reasssured us that beds would be found if we needed them and I know this would happen so all the moaning from others about lake of beds is not necessary. Just ask VIP we paid and it was worth it however certain times of the evening seats in the bar were hard to find. Needs more seating my one issue was in other restaurants we couldn’t have the drinks that are available on VIP and had to pay another $30 for a bottle of Prosecco which was a bit much when we had already paid $990 to upgrade you should receive the package in all areas of the hotel not just certain areas All in all a great place to visit for rest and relaxing if your looking for fun and partying this is not the place the average age of guests is 70+ and this affects the vibe but we wanted chilled so that’s why we return as it’s what we are looking for. If you want to completely chill out and have comfort good food and great service then this is the place for you - with a lick of paint and some upgrades in the rooms it will be full marks from me

5 October – 19 October at Premier Le Reve Having recently completed a 14-night stay at Premier Le Reve – our eighth visit – we wish to express our appreciation. The hotel is exceptional; the staff are exceptionally attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. We have already booked our return for April 2027. We would like to extend special thanks to Magda, Ahmed, Yasser, El-Sayed, Carlos and Sherif, whose efforts made our holiday particularly memorable. Thank you, Premier Le Reve.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday at this hotel. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Magda, Suzy and Badria in guest relations are fantastic. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the restaurants have a great choice of food. Salah in the gym is fantastic and the gym is always spotlessly clean. A big thank you to Mr F, always attentive and making sure everything is okay. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning again soon.

just returned from our 9th visit to this fabulous place. as ever as oon as we walked through those doors into the reception area -we felt at home and in our happy place -completely relaxed We had the most amazing time-weather was perfect-sunshine every day and in 80s plenty of sunbeds always available whatever time we got up although we are early birds as we like to watch the fab sunrises every morning. the staff as exceptional yet again and special mention again to the following Magda and Mr F for their welcoming and assistance with everything Carlos and Shendoha and Ismal for their amazing pool service-always remember what you want and carry so much weight worth of drinks all day everyday. our room was 2120 and looked after by Yusif who was really amazing-always asking if there's anything else we needed. Sala -in the gym-again looking after my husband every timne he goes in the gym the restaurants-wow yet again Bella was fabulous-the whole team in there are just fab mandarin-Yasser and team-food was outstanding Ossiana-had lunch here every day as usual-mentioned to Alaa,Muhammed,Ahmed x2 and the team-food great.Evening meal there also fab as always. main Turquoise-looked after by Mohammed Adel and Mastar -always a fab smile the omelette man Ahmed and his new replacement-lovely omelettes every day gala night fab as always Nightime bar service was great with Nazeem(lewis hamilton) and the other slim guy who we cant remember his name but works so hard entertainment was ok-some good singers and one night a fab duo singing salsa and Latin music and a lovely German lady ensured everybody was up for a dance-fab night beach party was fab-again once they played and sang Abba-it was a great night. all in all a fab holiday and we will be back next May see you all soon

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted like old friends. The staff without exception are a credit to the hotel..it would be impossible to name everyone but a few that went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional were a.Hassan in Miyako, Alaa and his team in Ossiano,Rabea and the guys from Society. The chefs do a fantastic job , food has been exceptional as always. Our room boys Amyr and Hassan did a great job with some lovely bed decorations and keeping us well supplied...nothing was a trouble.Michael looked after us well on the beach.Magda and her team organised us so well too. Can't wait for our next trip...in March. Thank you to everyone.
