Premier Le Reve & Spa

I had an amazing stay at Premier Le Reve Hotel & Spa. It is truly one of the best hotels for relaxation, tranquility, and peace of mind. The atmosphere is elegant, calm, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a luxurious vacation. The food was absolutely outstanding — delicious, high quality, and with a great variety. Honestly, the dining experience was beyond expectations and unlike anywhere else. A very special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Hefny from the Reception team for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. He was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay, always checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. His hospitality truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended, and definitely not my last visit

My husband and I are nearing the end of an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Our second visit! We needed a rest and found it here in this perfect tranquil setting. We met lots of returnees which I think speaks volumes! The food is very tastey with access to 5 restaurants - Little Delhi a must for authentic Indian food. The staff are all extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. We stayed in a spacious suite, Room 2503 and special mention must be made of our Hotel Guest Services gentleman, Mostafa who was very respectful and engaging, Our room was cleaned everyday the fridge restocked and also thank you to Mostafa for the beautiful flower and towel creations, a different one presented everyday, such a nice touch! In the restaurant thank you to Baseem who unfailingly served me my morning preference of hot water with sliced lemon. Thank you. It’s very hot so we spent a lot of time on the beach to take in the sea breeze, and were dutifully kept hydrated with regular drinks service, again by a pleasant waiter, Mohamed. Also Mahmoud who looked after us making sure we were comfortable and settled throughout the day. Can’t end this review without mentioning the Night Manager who arranged some clear chicken soup in the middle of the night when I hadn’t eaten during the day. Finally, Thank you to all the staff from management to maintenance, for a pristine and clean environment. Overall, a wonderful holiday. We’ll be back!

Amazing, friendly hotel where guests return time and time again. All areas and grounds well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff very attentive and they can't do enough for all guests. Food excellent with many a la carte restaurants to enjoy. Looking forward to our 9th visit later this year.

Such a classy and beautiful place. Everything was clean, organized, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole experience felt smooth and comfortable from the beginning. It was honestly the perfect choice. Special thanks to the person who welcomed me “Mr. Mohamed Hefni” — extremely respectful, professional, and always checking in to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommended!

Just back from 3 weeks here and I must say we are glad to be back. The food ok. Its not outstanding, we were lied to about having a quiet room and had to complain and after unpacking had to repack and move to a quieter room, after being promised it was definitely a quiet room as my husband has just finished radiotherapy and gets tired by 9pm we were kept awake with very loud entertainment noise. This was our second time here but will be our last, the previous other t rip advisor comments I’m afraid are true the people who come here all the time are treated differently without a doubt. The staff fall over backwards for them which can be annoying when waiting to be served. Haateem pool bar staff was however outstanding very quick and efficient always smiling and ready to help, however we were tipping a lot which obviously helped. The hotel has grown in size since we were last there around 2015 and we would not go back it’s too big for us now. Very busy it felt crammed in around the pool area. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we didn’t watch any of it for obvious reasons as stated before but we did hear it even though we had moved but it wasn’t half as bad. The food was repetitive especially being there for three weeks. The airport as well whilst I understand and accept security they do go over the top and it’s a pain being searched 3 times. Hotel is generally nice, clean and staff work hard but too big and too many repeating guests getting more attention. One comment though the executive lounge needs more than one person serving when busy and it’s too small for the amount of people who chose VIP as we couldn’t get a seat one night and the barman Lewis ignored my husband several times to the point he went to the other bar to get a beer and brought it into the lounge himself. Also other guests were letting people in who shouldn’t have been in there, the hotel needs to police this better as you pay a premium for this lounge and it’s not good enough that others were letting people in. Maybe a wrist band for those who have upgraded might help. All in all we had a nice holiday, weather was fantastic but unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel and we won’t ever go back.
