Wow, I can see why this hotel has such fantastic reviews! This is the best hotel we have stayed in, attention to detail is impeccable. Upon check in you take a seat, you don’t have to wait at the desk, they sit you down and come to you. Food, drinks are great. Sunbeds are the comfortable we have ever used, very thick cushions on them. We had a garden view room, which was facing an empty piece of land, but that was what we booked. I will pick pool or sea next time. Staff work so very hard, from reception to housekeeping to bar staff, fantastic! We will see you very soon, thank you so much, it was a pleasure!!!

This was our 8th visit and we will most certainly be going again. All services are great and staff will go out of their way to fulfill any needs you may have. This time was the first we have used 24/7 Medical and had great treatment there also. Dr Ali gave advice and Ahmed did the treatment twice per day. Details were provided promptly for Insurance purposes. Thank you both but I hope I don't need you again!!!

we have just returned from a week away at this beautiful hotel.From the minute we arrived until we went home we were treated with respect and courtesy.This hotel is fabulous lovely staff who work hard beautiful clean hotel and gardend immaculate.The managers were lovely and ensured the smooth running of every area.The food was delicious and plenty choice.We will return to this hotel for definate.The massage was the best ever and thank youAhmed.The staff deserve tips and they are very grateful.The Indian and Italian restaurants were superb.Top class.This hotel has class.many thanks all .

Once again another excellent time the food in all restaurants is always good and the service impecable the staff are the ones who make this hotel special. I wish i could name them all everyone we came in contact with goes above and beyond nothing is too much trouble,We always stay on the beach and there were always plenty of sunbeds .
