What a fantastic hotel, it was special in every way! The staff are exceptional, they are always busy working hard and are so polite! The food and drinks are great, the whole hotel is spotless! We were upgraded to a pool and sea view room, which was fantastic! The room was kept immaculate by our room attendant Sayed, who was a tremendous help! This is the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hotel room, where you don’t hear noise from other rooms! No sounds of banging, voices, tv’s or flushing toilets, it was so peaceful! Every member of staff deserves praise, in particular Mahmoud in the lobby bar, Carlos, Raafat and Hartem at the pool bar, all of whom kept us supplied with drinks! There is a cash machine near the shop, which is handy to change GB pounds into EGP, it gives a good rate and is reliable, it is the blue one! Our favourite restaurant was the Chinese, the food was outstanding, the Indian restaurant was a close second, followed by the Italian! Ossiana was great for lunch, we didn’t try it at night! We didn’t try the other two à la cart restaurants! Overall the hotel was fantastic and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday and were so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Mohamed in the restaurant. His service was exceptional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was attentive, professional, and always made us feel welcome. His attention to detail really stood out and made every meal a pleasure. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. We also appreciated that the fridge was restocked daily, which was another thoughtful touch. The pool bar staff were also fantastic—always friendly, welcoming, and quick to serve, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere by the pool. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the daily fruit bowls and refreshing cold flannels and bottles of cold water handed out around the pool. These little extras really elevated the experience. The entertainment in the evenings and the afternoon tea parties were both beautifully organised, with so much care and attention given to every detail. It was clear that the team worked hard to ensure guests had a memorable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are large and Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend this hotel.
