Rixos is my all-time favorite hotel in Egypt! This is my fourth stay at Rixos Magawish, and every single visit has exceeded our expectations. We continue to be amazed by the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and outstanding hospitality. First, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Omar Hamada for his warm welcome, smooth and efficient check-in, and the complimentary room upgrade. His professionalism and kindness made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. Everything throughout the resort is impeccably clean, and despite the hotel being quite busy, the staff remain attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their dedication to providing excellent service is truly impressive. Every stay at Rixos Magawish reminds us why we keep coming back. We can't wait for our next visit!

Service was great! Bar staff were very kind and friendly. Cocktails and iced drinks were excellent. I liked how delicious was mojito made by Sami. Sami is the best. We loved him!!
