An exceptional experience at Rixos Premium Magawish! This is already our 3rd year coming to this hotel, and every year we leave without ever being disappointed! On the contrary, the hotel is always as beautiful as ever, very clean and perfectly maintained. We are delighted to see that, year after year, it continues to grow, improve and develop even further. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and everything is perfectly designed for an unforgettable holiday. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional quality of service. A very special thank you to Mr. Ihab for his kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. The Kids Club is wonderful, and the team is incredibly kind and attentive to our children. The bus drivers are always smiling, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. The restaurants are very clean, the food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices at the buffet and many à la carte restaurants. The entertainment is also fantastic, with activities every day for both adults and children, creating a wonderful and enjoyable atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire staff for this beautiful experience and for all your hard work. We will definitely come back again and again with great pleasure! I highly recommend this hotel. For us, it is simply the best hotel in Egypt! 🇪🇬

We had an excellent stay at the Rixos Premium Magawish. Highlights: A perfect location with direct access to a beautiful beach. An excellent selection of restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food. The evening shows and entertainment were enjoyable and created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The Rixy Kids Club is a real highlight. There are plenty of activities for children, and the staff is caring, attentive, and professional. Our children absolutely loved it. Special thanks: We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ahmed Al Dabsha for his professionalism and kindness, as well as to Omar and Suzan at the reception for their warm welcome and outstanding assistance throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the entire shuttle team for always being punctual, friendly, and helpful, and the wonderful Rixy Kids Club team for taking such great care of the children and making their holiday unforgettable. Room for improvement: We were, however, disappointed by the size of our Pool Villa. The property and several booking platforms advertise a size of 105 m², but the actual villa appears to be significantly smaller. We encourage the hotel to review and correct this information so that it accurately reflects the true size of the accommodation and helps avoid disappointment for future guests.

We are extremely disappointed by the way this booking is being handled. We booked and paid in full for three rooms through Travel Republic and have valid booking vouchers confirming all three reservations. We have fully complied with our obligations, and we expect the booking to be honoured exactly as confirmed. We are now being told that an additional payment is required for the third room because the guest is an Egyptian national. At no stage during the booking process, nor in the booking confirmation or vouchers, was there any mention of nationality-based pricing, residency restrictions, or additional charges. Had this been clearly disclosed before payment, we would have been able to make an informed decision. Attempting to impose additional charges after our booking has been confirmed and paid for is completely unacceptable.this is totally is a form of scams

Very bad hotel, overall horrible experience. Reception staff are very bad, they left us is the lobby waiting for more than 5 hours as there was a fault from the agency that booked us in. It has got nothing to do with us but they insisted that we should contact the agency or pay extra money which was huge amount. We had 2 senior, frail people with us who were left with no access to their medications, sitting in the lobby with no mercy, all what they were after was more money form us. They were totally impolite and ignorant. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Lots of other guests and people working there supported us and mentioned that this frequently happened with lots of other guests all the time.

Came here with my family which included my two very elderly parents. They treated us horribly and in addition to waiting for 8 hours for our rooms they asked us to pay even more money for our rooms before giving them to us! Would not recommend at all and don’t believe any prices you are told because they go back on their worfs
