Serenity Alma Heights

Brilliant experience with all my friends! Great services and activities for night and day, but the Animation team is really what made this place shine. I woke up every morning excited. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

We had the most amazing stay at Serenity Alma Hotel in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The service throughout our holiday was exceptional and truly made our experience unforgettable. A very special thank you to the animation team — Julia, Sammy, Moose and Aly — who brought so much fun, energy and positivity every day. They made our holiday extra special and always made sure everyone was having a great time. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful surroundings and spotless facilities everywhere you looked. Everything was kept incredibly clean and well maintained. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, and with just a short walk to the beautiful private beach where we had the best time snorkellling! We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Hurghada!

Amazing time with amazing people. The service was incredible from start to finish and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. I do have to say the best part of the whole holiday was the entertainment team. They were always so full of energy and happy to be around. We made such good friends with them and they always made sure to include everyone and that everyone was always having an amazing time. The guys really did make our holiday and made leaving that extra bit harder :(

We have just come back from the most amazing stay at Serenity Alma and we honestly could not recommend it enough. Me and my friends had the best time and would 100% come back again in the future. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. A huge shoutout has to go to the animation team because they truly made our stay so special. Especially Moose, Julia, Aly and Sami, they were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met and honestly had hearts of gold. They always made us feel included, welcome and brought such amazing energy every single day. They completely made the holiday unforgettable for us. The food was also amazing with different selections every day, so there was always something new to try. But the best part of the food was definitely the rice, we all absolutely loved it! Thank you Serenity for such an incredible holiday and memories we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!
