Serenity Alma Heights

Just back from this incredible hotel after nearly 2 weeks! Egypt holds a special place in my heart and this trip didmt dissapoint! The hotel is fantastic! The atomospshere is chilled and happy and feels very safe and welcoming! We had a family room which has two singles that goes into a king, it was a great space, plenty of room, beds where comfy and the entire space was clean. Always ample amounts of towels! The bathroom was beautiful and also very clean as well as the balcony that offered beautiful views of the dessert, with spectacular sunset views of the mountains! The cleanliness didnt end at the room, the entire hotel was well maintained, clean pool areas, toilets, dining areas etc.. and not to go unnoticed there was always staff busy cleaning different spaces. We didnt have any noise nuisence what so ever and fohnd our stay to be very relaxing and wonderful with both children thoroughly enjoying themselves too. I would like to give special mention to all staff! They work they put into keeping the hotel fun friendly, clean and welcoming was beautiful.. the staff are always working soo hard, and alway have time to stop to say ho and make sure you have all your needs met! The young man that cleans on 4th floor im the 6406 area did a great job keep our room and corridor sparkling, always making sure we had all we need, always greeted us with a hell or good morning and a smile! The dining room waitong staff, again never stop but always have a warming approach! But most of all the entertainment team these guys are the life and soul <3.. Moose and Julia, if your have the pleasure to meet these humans they will fill your heart and tie the entire experience together, they will be missed by our family! Overall we will for back!! My daughter myself and 2 grandchildren have just got home today after 11 nights at this amazing hotel. Firstly I would like to thank the reception manager for helping my daughter during our stay he went above and beyond and we do truly thankyou. We stayed in room 6406 which was 4th floor and the greatest location in our opinion, The room was spacious and views were amazing, our cleaner was the best and my daughter and grandchildren started a towel war with him and they couldn't get back to the room quick enough to see what he had done, what a great person so thankyou. The room was a little dated but a refurb is in progress and I don't think it matters as you only use your room to sleep anyway. The animation team work really hard and do not stop and always have smiles on their faces, a big shout out to Julia, Sammie and Moose amazing people who want you to have the best holiday and memories, We really need to give moose the biggest shout out as we regard him a friend now and always will be and was so great and very humble and a massive credit to the hotel. Pools and lifeguards are amazing plenty of room loads of sunbeds we never struggled once to get a bed. Food was always good and varied and the waiters are great nothing is too much trouble You will not go hungry, will not get bored there are lots of things to do. Another shout to Mohammad the camel guy truly one of a kind, always smiling and always happy to chat, we would highly recommend finding him and go on his camel or horse riding see the show and watch the stars and truly great experience. You do get people coming around to get you to go on trips etc just be respectful and say no remember they are trying to make a living also. We booked a 10 nights stay all inclusive at Serenity Alma for 2 adults and child below 2 years, where we had a nice and lovely stay. Upon arrival we also received 14 free tickets for the fun park usable between 19:00 and 20:00. Three À la Carte restaurant per stay can be booked. We tried the Moroccan and Italian restaurants, nothing fantastic just average. The waiters at the main restaurant Aurora are really welcoming and nice. On our 2 last nights we were upgraded to enjoy dinner at Tau. Starters and desserts are slightly different from the main restaurant, but nothing fancy. It’s quieter and less crowded and the service and sitting give the « premium » atmosphere. The kids pool is quite nice and enjoyable. Our daughter loved the waves pool, but unfortunately the waves weren’t coming at the time scheduled, which was a bit disappointing. The beach is located in Serenity Alpha which is the other hotel, and at walking distance. Nothing spectacular. The room mini bar was supposed to be topped up once per week, we expected it to be topped up after our first week but it never happened despite asking few times. We also asked for a late check out as our flight was at 23:30 and our daughter needed a quite environment to nap. We really insisted couple of times and at last at the time of checkout they finally let us keep the room until 17:00 for 5€ per hour which is really reasonable. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would like to thanks everyone who has contributed to it!

Hotel nice food was ok. Bar staff was amazing entertainment staff were amazing also. Julia was the best she was very kind and respectful to us and the kids in our party loved her

We’ve just returned from an amazing 11 night stay at Serenity Alma Heights as a family of four (two adults and two children under 8), and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I’ll admit, we were a bit hesitant about booking after reading some mixed reviews, but from the moment we arrived, all of those worries disappeared. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding, easily 10/10. A special mention goes to Mansour at reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He upgraded us to a newly renovated family room (5032), which was perfectly located on the ground floor right by the pool, aqua park, and kids club, ideal for families. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like a TV with plenty of English channels (BBC, ITV, and movies), as well as having an ironing board and iron in the room, which made things so convenient. Bottled water was replenished daily, fresh towels were always provided, and housekeeping did a fantastic job, our room was spotless every day when we returned from the pool. The aqua park was a huge highlight for us. The heated water made a big difference, and the slides were so much fun. The wave pool was another favourite, our kids absolutely loved it. The kids club was also brilliant. A big thank you to Reese, who was so kind and caring with our two girls. There were loads of activities, from treasure hunts to baking, and the mini disco each evening was a hit. The team there work incredibly hard and bring such great energy. Towards the end of our stay, we were kindly upgraded to VIP bands, which gave us access to breakfast at the Tau restaurant. This was a lovely, quieter experience and a really nice touch from the hotel. On our final day, we had a late evening flight, and the reception team arranged a late check-out for us, allowing us to make the most of our last day by the pool something we really appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff, waiters, cleaners,everyone went above and beyond to make our holiday special. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
