Serenity Alma Heights

We travelled from the UK for our fourth stay at Serenity Alma, and once again, the resort exceeded our expectations. This was truly our best holiday ever! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the warm welcome and smooth check-in to our lovely room near the pool, everything felt comfortable, easy and well organised from the moment we arrived. Having such a convenient room made it especially enjoyable for our family (5067), allowing us to relax and make the most of every day together. There was never a dull moment during our stay. With a wonderful range of activities, entertainment and things to enjoy, every day brought something new. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or spending quality time together as a family, we always felt happy, entertained and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Mr Emad at the front desk and Mr Aladin, whose exceptional hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We recently visited this venue while on holiday. Unfortunately, we experienced a very serious safeguarding concern involving a staff member named Mustafa. During our visit, he made an inappropriate comment expressing personal feelings toward my 14‑year‑old daughter. This was completely unacceptable and left us extremely uncomfortable. We expect all staff to behave professionally, especially around children. I have reported this incident to the appropriate authorities and to management so it can be investigated properly. Families should feel safe, and I hope the venue takes this matter seriously to ensure no other child is put in this position.

This hotel has honestly been one of the best hotels we have stayed in. There is so much for the children to keep them entertained throughout their stay. We didn't use the animation team but they were all so friendly and engaging around the hotel. The pools and pool areas were fantastic. They were so clean and well maintained. The waterpark and children's pool were great and very clean and safe. The lifeguards were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Best of all there was never a fuss for a sunbed. Every member of staff has great from management to reception to housekeeping all aiming to make your stay as amazing as they can. They really can't do enough for you. You can't walk past a member of staff without friendly welcoming interaction The funfair rides were great entertainment for the little ones in the evening although the free hours could possibly clash with evening meals. They were very well run and kept the little ones safe. The food was great and varied and the Tau restaurant for TUI guests really was a great bonus to avoid the hustle and bustle in main restaurant. All of the wait staff again were brilliant and looking after our little one keeping him fed and entertained. A special mention to our housekeeping staff Muhammed Ali (we stayed in room 7122) who always kept the rooms clean with plenty of everything provided keeping the fridges and coffee stocked He kept the little man happy with his towel creations and especially went above and beyond on his birthday (which we didn't tell him) by organising a yummy cake and amazing decorations. Very sad to be leaving such an excellent resort and I really can't wait to return.

Srnty was amazing, top resort. We had a fantastic stay at this resort, and overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They constantly made sure we had everything we needed and did their best to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One moment that really stood out was when the staff voluntarily arranged something special for my mother’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and we genuinely appreciated the extra effort they made to make her day memorable. It really shows how much they care about their guests. The animation team also deserves special recognition! They were super friendly, relaxed, energetic, and always in a great mood. They did an amazing job encouraging everyone to join the dances, games, and daily activities without ever being pushy. Even outside the activities, they were always happy to have a quick chat, share a laugh, and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. All in all, this is a top resort with wonderful people who truly make the difference. We had a great time and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recomended.

Serenity Alma Heights ! Wow ! From the moment we arrived at the hotel it defo had the wow factor very beautiful and clean greeted by friendly staff smooth check in etc. We a family of 6 had an amazing 12 days and my children cried when it was time to come home 😩. I Would 100% reccomend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful very well kept witnessed gardeners watering early hours like 1/2am everyone works so hard. Food GREAT so much choice ‘The Butcher’ at bbq section great guy really friendly always smiling ! I don’t really have any complaints about our stay I would say the rooms are slightly dated compared to rest of hotel but nothing major not In them much and beds was super comfy. WOULD 100% say book this hotel if wanting to visit Hurghada especially if traveling with children. Thank you for the memories serenity and hopefully see you all again 🫶🏻
