Serenity Alma Heights

We had 8 nights at Serenity Alma Heights in April and it was an incredible place to stay. We had a family duplex room (2 rooms next to each other). There are so many positives in the hotel but to go through them… Calmness - for a family resort, nothing ever seemed really busy, including the main restaurant. No large queues for anything while we were there and it was very easy to get a sunbed without needing to put towels down early in the morning. Things to do - there’s so much to do. Aside from the pools, water park and fun fair, there’s a VR room (which I didn’t see advertised anywhere before I came but it’s very impressive) and that’s before the facilities at the sister hotel. Staff - this is where Serenity stands out, every member of staff was attentive and helpful. Particular shout out to the man looking after the sunbeds by the aqua park, Mohammed the waiter in the restaurant by the aqua park and Mohammed in the TAU restaurant. Food - good variety and always plenty of options. The pizzas by the aqua park were excellent and the à la carte options are very good and bookable. Improvements: WiFi could be improved in the rooms and more heated pools would be a plus but there really isn’t much more. All in all this was an incredible place to stay and unanimously the best all inclusive we’ve been to and the only one we’d want to come back to.

Great hotel overall. Nice clean room with garden view, any issues sorted almost immediately. Plenty of activities for our child to enjoy at the resort including the aqua park. A lovely location and nice and quiet. Entertainment team at resort were great and especially Adela who made our holiday extra special!
