Warm welcome when you check in , lovely refreshing drink brought to you too whilst waiting which is such a luxury!! From the porters with our luggage , to the gentleman cleaning our rooms , then the restaurant and the pool Bar staff … AMAZING I’m a very fussy eater and struggle to eat on ‘all inclusive ‘ but wow the choice is amazing , aswell little snack bars round the two pools offer a proper little menu you can order off , fresh pizza , Salads hot dogs, chicken strips and chips … amazing !! Proper SHOUT OUT !! tho to your entertainment team !! We have not ever encountered a more friendly team in all years staying in all inclusive, the vibe and the energy is brillant , above all else the friendliness and just little personal touches like remembering your face and name and taking time to speak to you ! Massive shout out to ELLIE amongst the others who made out stay fab , but Ellie made our time very special ,especially the part dances ! ❤️❤️

It’s cold in the rooms during off-season

Food Great with the added perk of the restaurants that u can book. Italian my fave. Entertainment team looked after us from day one. Julia sammi and Ellie all Great from young to old all day every day. Would recommend and will be going back

It was a great trip, we will remember It for a long time!!! Cool staff, good service, better than TURKEY) There is a big entertainment park on hotel territory, children were excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
