Serenity Alma Heights

My holiday at this hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice, and the property itself fully met my expectations. A major asset of the place is its excellent location—the vast, impressive hotel complex is situated just a 30-minute drive from the airport, which was incredibly convenient after the flight. Additionally, the proximity to the sea meant I was accompanied by the sound of waves and beautiful views every day, and the walk to the beach took only a moment. From the very moment I arrived, I could sense a fantastic atmosphere filled with positive energy. Much of the credit goes to the amazing entertainment team, making it impossible to ever be bored. This group of wonderful people from the Czech Republic, Sudan, Egypt, and Poland performed their duties with immense passion and a smile. Their dedication, creativity, and openness ensured I had a fantastic time, having fun and socializing with other guests. Regarding organization, the hotel maintains a very high standard. Both the hotel grounds and the rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and thoroughly maintained, creating a strong sense of comfort and hygiene. The hotel’s cuisine also deserves special praise. The meals were not only incredibly tasty and fresh but, above all, offered a surprising variety of dishes. One could try something different every day, and the extensive selection ensured that everyone—regardless of their preferences—could find something perfect for themselves. In summary, I am wholeheartedly delighted with this stay. The hotel provided the ideal setting for relaxation, great entertainment, and excellent food. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I would gladly return there myself for another vacation in the future.

Absolutely loved it here! It was just me and my son and we felt so welcomed and safe. All the staff including the animation team (big shout outs to Adela, Julia, tilly and sami :D ), the catering/bar staff, even down the life guards. They all couldn't do enough for you! Would definatley recommend.

A lovely large resort with something for everyone in our family group aged from 60 to 5 years old. Where the management and staff are so helpful and friendly, and any issues are promptly resolved. Our room was kept exceptionally clean by Mahmood, the food was plentiful and tasty especially from the bbq, the lifeguards were very helpful in finding us loungers and parasols, and the entertainment staff worked tirelessly, with our huge thanks to Adella, Tilly, Julia, Sammi, and Jonny for making sure we all had fun and laughter every day. Tui just need to be more knowledgeable of the rooms they are selling, as an issue when we arrived regarding connecting rooms could have been avoided if Tui were better informed of the room types. Nevertheless the reception manager did his very best to help, and throughout our holiday it was clear that the manager's customer care ethos has spread amongst the entire staff team. A highly recommended resort and we genuinely didn't want to leave.

What a beautiful Location. The sun forever present and the beach within such a close range. I loved the effort made on the grounds to keep it clean and inviting. The room I had was perfect. A lovely balcony and the fridge being topped up daily was a bonus. When I look at the value for money I think it is one of the best places I have stayed in. Even the non included restaurants were excellent value for money. While there was always music playing I had no trouble at night which meant they have rally thought it through on where to face the music The service by all people was fantastic I’ll mention names like Adela , Dalia, Julia, Sami, Simsim, Ahmed (oil shop), Mustafa and the other life guards were also always willing to help. But the main thing on service for me was in the main restaurant. Breakfast lunch or dinner it felt like you were the most important person in the room.

I'm just home from my 3rd stay at Alma. And as with previous visits I didn't want to leave. I love this hotel. They've thought of everything. With staff from our first visit 10 years ago still there. Must be a good place to work as well as stay, keeping staff so long. From the minute you come through the security gates there's lush green lawns and beautifully kept gardens. Gardeners constantly working on them. At reception you're greeted warmly by very accommodating staff who speak various languages. Your bags will be whisked away and they'll be delivered to your room. The rooms and communal areas are spotless. The cleaning staff are always busy doing something. The whole place is spotless. It's just myself and my daughter travelling and on this occasion we didn't make use of the waterpark and funfair. But on our previous visits they were a firm favourite with my daughter. This year we mostly made use of the beach. Which has plenty of sun beds and a pier for getting into the sea. The fish down there are stunning. Bring a snorkel ☺️ and beach shoes. There's also a towel hut, a bar and a restaurant at the beach making things very convenient. And a shuttle bus running every few minutes. Food is good. As with all all inclusives it can get a bit repetitive, but there's plenty of fresh and healthy options, as well as pizza n chips etc. Animation team are wonderful. Again, with lots of languages to help support families in the best way possible. They bring a lot of fun energy. And are the people to ask anything you want to know about. If they don't know the answer they'll find out for you. There's a new amphitheatre this year where they put on shows in the evening. A great addition to the place. All the staff that I spoke with, from the General manager to guest relations to the cleaners and gardeners were all very friendly people. Things I wish I'd known 1st time in Egypt. Life moves slower in Egypt. Embrace it, it's part of the charm of the place and it's people 🤍 Get "Antinal" from the pharmacy before you need it. Egypt belly is harmless and fixed in an hour with this medication. (It's just different (safe) bacteria our gut hasn't adjusted to yet) A tour guide can make or break an excursion. I found the best one this year 👌🏻 Tip the people who are going to help you have your best experience, this lets them know that you'd appreciate their extra efforts, as they don't want to pester you if you'd rather they weren't so attentive. For me that's housekeeping, the wait staff who got my coffee every morning, and if I'm by the pool the person who helps me find a sunbed. When my daughter was younger, whichever animation team member we'd get most friendly with. Just a little gratitude for their extra efforts.
