Serenity Alpha Beach

We (two female friends from switzerland) enjoyed our time at the serenity alpha beach resort very much! Activities: Every day we could choose between so many different activities with the animation team - it was a blast!! From beer pong, aqua gym to beachvolleyball and arabic lessons. The team is great and we happily look back at the past 10 days🤙🏼. Amazing massages! Room: First our room wasn't totally clean but after we told the receptionist they worked really hard for our wellbeing. Staff: the staff is sooo nice and friendly. We felt so welcomed and loved the atmosphere at the beach, pool and restaurants. 🫶🏽 Noise level: You can choose as a guest if you like the pool with animation or silent pool. There's something for everyone. (Also not so many children at alpha beach) Location and transfer: the transfer was perfectly organised and on time. Nuce location at the beach and only about 30-40' away from Hurghada airport. Thank you!!🙏🏼

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect, very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a lively and welcoming vibe. The entertainment and activities were excellent and made the experience even more special. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, great value for money and a place we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here with my mum and aunty, and I honestly cannot find the words to explain how amazing this hotel is. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a princess. The staff go above and beyond for you. They are always so positive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help with anything. They really make you feel special. They remember your name, are so happy to see you each morning, and even when it was time to leave, they seemed genuinely sad to see you go, which made the experience feel so personal and heartfelt. The hotel itself is spotless, so clean and well-maintained throughout. There are multiple pools to suit everyone, a lively entertainment pool, a quiet pool for relaxing, and a shallow one perfect for children. The resort was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with no noise at all, perfect for switching off and unwinding. It also had easy access to the beach, which was a lovely bonus. Getting around was simple too; it was very easy to book a taxi into the marina, and we had a taxi arranged for a boat trip with no issues at all, it was all so easy to organise. The food was absolutely outstanding. As a Brit, I usually don’t enjoy food abroad, especially at all-inclusive resorts, where it can often feel repetitive and not very nice, but this was completely different. I couldn’t stop eating. The variety was incredible, with options for everyone, including vegan choices, plenty of fresh fruit, different meats, chips, and even seafood like octopus and crab. Everything was of such high quality, and there was always something new to try. The 24-hour bar was also a fantastic bonus. The entertainment team were brilliant, so friendly and full of energy, really giving their all to make sure everyone had a great time. My room was always kept perfectly clean and well-stocked with drinks and refreshments, which made the stay even more comfortable. What really stood out to me was how much the hotel values guest feedback. They genuinely take the time to listen and want to improve wherever possible. Not that I had anything to suggest, everything was already perfect, but it’s clear this is why the hotel is so exceptional.

We visited for two weeks and had the best time. All the staff were so helpful and the animation team were really fun! Lots to do and some great trips. The Master Diving Centre on site is also great. Would definitely return again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. It really is a luxe retreat and we quite honestly couldn’t have wished for more. Our room was clean and big with a view of the pool. Our housekeeper Ahmed was fantastic. Really kind and professional and always made sure we had everything we needed. He also surprised us with a new animal sculpture made from towels every day. Special thanks to him! I’d also like to give a shoutout to our driver Hassan who drove us a few times between the hotel and other places. He was knowledgeable, really kind and a safe driver and I will miss him saying “welcome home” whenever we returned to the hotel. The resort is lovely and BIG. Lots of pools and it was never hard to find a space to lie down by the pool or by the sea. We also went snorkelling briefly which was very very nice. Everybody here was incredibly attentive so we felt at ease and relaxed. We were also given a concierge who we could reach via WhatsApp which made it very easy and convenient to request things like extra towels or taxis. The team was very fast to respond and always helpful. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend the hotel to everybody. It’s probably mostly suited to couples, friends of any age. Families with kids who want a more relaxed feel to their holiday rather than lots of children together will also love the place. Big thank you to the team!
