Serenity Alpha Beach

Good hotel and beautiful grounds, the location is remote from the main strip but shuttles are easy to arrange with the hotel. Rooms were a bit dated, we complained about this and were offered a better room. The entertainment team and waiters were amazing, very friendly, funny and polite

The staff couldn’t do enough for me, I felt 100% and included whilst at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Tipping is the norm over in Egypt in general. But if I was to ever return to Egypt 🇪🇬 I would stay in this hotel again!!

A place I would return to anytime! We felt wonderful at the resort, surrounded by so much peace and greenery, with extremely kind staff (many thanks to the gentlemen at reception, the waiters, and the housekeeping staff). Everything was perfect! Delicious and varied food, pools surrounded by greenery, a sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds, divine music at breakfast, the yoga girls, and the special evenings. Thank you for the beautiful vacation! 🌿

We absolutely Loved our 10 day stay at serenity alpha beach, wonderful food, great cocktails, the waiters kept the drinks flowing, saying that all the staff were out of this world, they made the holiday extra special. The gardens are stunning also the beach was fantastic. We could use the water park in the sister hotel for Free because we booked with easyjet. Make sure you use the Alacate restaurants especially the Italian and Indian, you can use for free up to 3 times per week. We will be most definitely coming back. After arriving, poor job from EasyJet 6 hrs late. But private transfer to hotel, great service. Hotel is lovely, everyone very friendly. Very clean and tidy everywhere. Sea is very rough and it's very windy. Entertainment team fantastic. Especially Joli and Dalia, lovely people. Helpful and informative and so kind. They make so mich effort and always smiling. Very welcoming Food is varied, as buffet always something to eat. Beach bar restaurant serve the best pizza! Really enjoyable here x
