Serenity Alpha Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Serenity Alpha Beach in Hurghada and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel welcome and truly cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day to a high standard. The pools, beach, and gardens were always spotless and created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is perfect for swimming, and the coral reef nearby is amazing for snorkeling. The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. There was always something new to try, and the restaurants and bars offered excellent service. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. They really made us feel like valued guests. A special thank you goes to the animation team! They brought so much energy and happiness to every day with fun activities, games, sports, and evening shows. They were always kind, welcoming, and made an effort to include everyone without being pushy. We especially want to thank Katlyn, who was always cheerful, caring, and full of positive energy. She helped make our holiday even more memorable, and we already miss seeing her every day. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we’ve had. We left with wonderful memories and are already talking about coming back. We highly recommend Serenity Alpha Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service, friendly people, and a fantastic atmosphere. From reception to departure, amazing friendly and helpful. Inhouse serviceces so good. They cant do enough for you. Inner house, cleaning and porter duties are all fantastic. Special mention to Ahmed in block D1. External bars, pools and entertainment. We can not fault. Contact Abdul at the bar outside. Brilliant. I'm no genius but the staff in this hotel definitely raise it to a 5✴️

It was really clean. The People that work there are the nicest ever. Only thing i didn’t like was the food but that’s just my opinion. Also, u cant rlly go into the sea from the beach. The evening entertainment was really boring, it’s nothing for people that love having fun

Myself and my 22 yr older daughter stayed here for 10 days then end of June. There are a lot of positives to the hotel. But there are also a few negatives. Positives first. The food in the 2 buffet restaurants was very, very good. The a la carte restaurants were absolutely top notch, 4 courses which was plenty and you were always getting your glass topped up, very attentive service 😀 we ate at the Italian, Indian, Mexican and Asian. The best being the Italian whichis situated in the Alma Heights. The hotel grounds were very clean and very well looked after. The entertainment team were really excellent and very, very friendly and tried really hard to get everyone involved. The guys from the smoothie/milkshake shop on the beach were "lovely jubbly" My daughter who has learning disabilities was made to feel very welcome by many staff here , which was lovely. The negatives. Firstly , some of the waiters, bar staff and reception staff were very rude unfortunately, such a shame as this let down the majority of which were very friendly. The hotel is very German orientated and yes, some of the staff did have their favourites !! ( this was probably due to them being tipped) sometimes this made me feel quite unwelcomed. There were very few British guests unfortunately 😕 well, that was when we were there. I upgraded our room to a premium room, and tbh I wasn't impressed with the bathroom, there was damp on the ceiling, tiles on the wall broken and stuck back on in bits, the shower kept flooding as it seemed the drainage was blocked, there were also stains on the bed clothes and towels. The room altogether though was very big, and in a lovely position overlooking the quite pool. I wouldn't say that the issues above detracted us from the great position of the hotel , the beach was beautiful, the pools & garden were fantastic and 90 % of the staff were really lovely. The room was very well equipped with the mini bar being topped up and fresh water every day and also tea & coffee and kettle, hairdryer & iron & board. A big shout out to Small Man on the taxi stand in the lobby, to Beso from the entertainment team, to lovely jubbly guy from the smoothie shop, to Sam the so, so lovely taxi driver. This is an honest review, and yes, we will be returning as we really did enjoy our holiday here and we miss you all !!
