Serenity Alpha Beach

I'm not one for naivety or easily led to believe that this hotels staff are all of a sudden my best friends and the service and friendliness they showed me this last week is no more than their jobs require of them. But you know what? True or false, We loved and enjoyed interacting with everyone of them. Muhammad, Responsible for cleaning our room. (3131) . Blah blah blah He made an elephant with some towels. ( bloody great elephant) But so much more than that. So many little touches, it was a pleasure to get back from the beach to see how you can constantly impress someone by just cleaning a room. Thankyou. Walking around , Going to the pool or beach Going to lunch or dinner, A full time garden staff are aways visible and exemplary in the upkeep of the wonderful gardenscape that enfolds the extensive grounds of the hotel. Thankyou to all the garden staff. On any walk around the hotel There was always a pretty backdrop. The Animation team were young And vibrant and unflappable with their energy and charisma shining through. And most importantly just open for a chat anyway and never pushy when you absolutely refused to do some zumba. Look out for Katlyn, A talented young lady destined for big things. A big 10 out of 10. Thankyou. The hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff ? WOW. All toilets throughout hotel get constant attention. Reception A1. The on site shops, the spa , The dive centre all have staff constantly walking around trying to sell their services, But never pushy and always polite. Thankyou. We used most and spent fortunes. But on our terms and appreciated. Cant express enough how good the food was. We all know with a buffet You can go up 10 times and eat a little bit of this , a bit of that. But for once I actually just had 1 main and some desert after, due to how good the choices were and how good it was. Those responsible and never seen We Thankyou. Lastly but top of the list are the waiters,managers and barstaff from the numerous bars that scatter the hotel. Omar ,Walled and Mustafa Ibrahim and Muhammad. We thankyou. Oops. Thankyou in a big way too For our friends from the beach Who saved our sunbeds and put up our umbrella when my skinny arms let me down. Oops. Alll good 10 /10 very good hotel and reception

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were satisfied with absolutely everything. The cleanliness was excellent, hotel rooms was really nice, the hotel surroundings were beautiful, and the entertainment was great during our staying. The food was outstanding and every meal felt like a real culinary experience. The staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The animation team did an amazing job and the evening programs were very enjoyable and interesting. During the day there were also plenty of activities to choose from at the hotel. We went snorkeling several times and saw beautiful colorful fish, which was an unforgettable experience. We also took a taxi trip to Hurghada, and the taxi driver was very friendly, recommended places to visit, and was extremely helpful during the trip. We were very happy with our vacation and would love to return to this hotel again in the future.

We were very well received and, for my part, the service was perfect from start to finish. Regarding the catering, we did not encounter any problems: everything was always excellent and well organized. The bar staff as well as the waiters were very fast, smiling, polite and pleasant. The pools were very clean, just like our rooms. All the hotel staff were extremely welcoming, kind, always attentive and responsive. I would also like to make a special mention to the facilitators. Throughout the stay, they showed great professionalism and did their job perfectly. I would like to thank them all, because we appreciated them very much and keep a very beautiful memory of them. The animations were perfect, always organized in a good mood and on time. I loved talking to each of them! This hotel has been my best experience so far, and I plan to return very soon.

This was my first time visiting Egypt alone. I felt safe very quickly. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and thanks to the expansive grounds, the guests were well-dispersed—despite the high numbers—so it never felt overcrowded. I spent most of my time at the beach, where I was able to enjoy some peace and quiet. After the delicious meals, there was fantastic live music and great shows every evening. All in all, it was a superb experience. The staff all spoke excellent English and German, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would happily return anytime. A wonderful experience, complete with great cultural excursions.
