Serenity Alpha Beach

The hotel is a massive complex with a sister hotel called serenity alpha. It is an amazing hotel with views of the sea and numerous pools to use . The rooms are spacies with patios( in my case). The staff are polite and friendly. Overall it was an amazing stay. I did eat out alot but often had breakfast here. They had a good variety with staff being attentive.

Had an amazing time at this hotel this year, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was a mosquito issue in our room but the hotel provided plug in mosquito repellents and sprayed the room when asked. We stayed mostly around the kids pools, the life guard Ali A Alkady was a lovely guy and so helpful, the entertainment team were great, Miley was great with the kids and a lovely man to converse with. The star of the show for us was Mahmoud El Masry! An absolute gentleman and someone we hope to see more of in future! He was very kind, attentive, helpful and always had a smile on his face and brought a smile to ours! He was great with our kids and great to have a chat with ( he even helped me with learning more Arabic!) Mahmoud is a credit and a valuable asset to the hotel and deserves this recognition!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The food was excellent with a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes every day. There was something for everyone, and we never got bored with the selection. The restaurants, bars, and service were all fantastic, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. The pools, beach, and all the facilities were clean and well organized. Everything was designed to make guests feel comfortable and have a wonderful holiday. But the absolute highlight of our vacation was the entertainment team. They are simply incredible! They are full of energy, always smiling, friendly, and genuinely care about every guest. They create such a fun and positive atmosphere from morning until night. Whether it was games by the pool, sports activities, dance sessions, evening shows, or just chatting with guests, they gave 100% every single day. A huge thank you to the entertainment team for making our holiday unforgettable. They are the heart of this hotel and the main reason we will definitely come back. Their enthusiasm, talent, and ability to bring people together made every day exciting and full of unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation with great food, excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and the best entertainment team ever. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The animation team was incredibly friendly, motivating, and always approachable, creating a great atmosphere throughout our holiday. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. One of the highlights for us was the silent adults-only saltwater pool, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peaceful time away from the more active areas of the resort. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, sports, and evening shows, so there was always something to do and the entertainment never became boring. The only downside was the beach for swimming. The water stays very shallow for a long distance, so you need to use the pier to reach deeper water. However, the waves can be quite strong around the end of the pier and the water becomes deep very quickly, which may not be ideal for everyone. The cocktails were generally very tasty and we enjoyed trying the different options available at the bars. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for guests looking for a combination of relaxation and entertainment.

Top stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel We had a fantastic week long stay at this hotel through TUI Belgium (thank you TUI Ghent for once again providing perfect support from start to finish). We flew out of Ostend, which was wonderfully relaxed. After a smooth check in, some pricey airport snacks, and a flight with excellent service (thank you TUI fly!), we quickly found our shuttle bus to the hotel. We received a literally warm welcome with a refreshing drink at reception, where we were told that thanks to a birthday in our travel group, we got a free room upgrade. We were then shown to our room with a view of one of the saltwater pools. After that, we still had access to the late night buffet, a select but still fairly extensive version of the dinner buffet. Food Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served at the main restaurant. There's always plenty of choice: cold and hot vegetables, various fish and meat dishes (including from the grill and BBQ), bread, cheeses, and more. Note that for religious reasons, no pork is served. Everything is very well presented. If you have questions, staff are happy to help. Learning to say "thank you" in Arabic is genuinely appreciated too! The buffet can get a bit busy at times. Breakfast and dinner are also available at the beachside buffet. It's a bit more limited there, but no less delicious. We never felt like we were missing out, and it's calmer with a sea view. We also had access to the à la carte restaurants and snack bar (depending on your booking, you get access to the à la carte restaurant a set number of times). We didn't try these ourselves, but according to other guests we spoke to, they were well worth it too! Room Simple but everything you need. Very spacious and very well maintained daily! There's a minibar that gets restocked, plus coffee and tea facilities. The air conditioning works well but has two downsides. You need to insert your key card for it to work, meaning it doesn't run while you're out during the day. Good for the environment, but a shame you can't cool the room down while away (other cards don't work for this, and we were only given one card even after asking for more). The second downside: since the unit is fairly old, it's quite noisy, so we turned it off at night to sleep. Pools There are 4 pools. 2 saltwater pools with no music and a pool bar, ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet. 1 activity pool with chlorine, where music played during animation hours and which was the busiest, though that was never really a problem. We always found space, even arriving in the afternoon after an excursion, and there was always a great atmosphere plus a good bar. The smaller, shallow pool for kids with sun loungers, we spent the least time there, but it was still nice, and it had its own bar too. Downside: while lounging by the pool, staff from the spa, nearby shops, etc. come around trying to sell things, which can feel pushy at times. There are "do not disturb" signs at the towel huts, and if you politely decline, they leave you alone, so overall not really a dealbreaker. Bars Every pool has its own bar. There's one in the lobby, one at the main restaurant where you can smoke shisha, one at the beach, and one at the beachside restaurant. Options depend on your booked package, we had all inclusive. Soft drinks are well known brands. The cocktails are of average quality, but that didn't bother us much since we don't drink much alcohol. Tip: avoid the ice cubes and tap water. Entertainment team A really great entertainment team. Thank you to Maily, Amar, Beso, Abdo, Koko, Adalina, Kaitlyn, Malak, Juli, Carolin, and manager Mohamed. Everyone does their best to give you a good time without ever being pushy. They explain what's happening that day and invite you along in a friendly way, but you never feel obligated. The activities themselves were fun and varied with a great vibe. We joined in on darts, boules, and the daily aquafit, which always ended with a dance that lots of people joined in on, making it extra fun. There were also special events like a foam party, an evening pool party (spectacular!), an afternoon with fresh fruit and pastries, and more. Thank you for the unforgettable time! Resort A really lovely resort. Despite the number of guests, it never feels overcrowded. Staff pay a lot of attention to safety and hygiene. If you have questions, they're happy to help and think along with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There's a pharmacy and a doctor on site, plus various shops. Overall, a fantastic experience.
