Serenity Alpha Beach

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. The reception team were the perfect first point of contact—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home from the second we walked through the doors. A special mention has to go to Ahmed on reception, who was an absolute credit to the hotel. He was 10/10 from start to finish—professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff treated us with kindness and respect, which really set the tone for the whole stay. When we got to our room, we were blown away. It was spotless, beautifully presented, and exceeded all of our expectations. In fact, the entire resort was immaculate and incredibly well looked after. The food was another highlight. There was so much choice every day, and it was honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and catered for all tastes. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. No matter where you were around the resort, everyone went out of their way to make you feel welcome and included. Their friendliness and attention to detail made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay. It was an incredible experience from start to finish, and I will definitely, without a doubt, be coming back. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our vacation. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices every day. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful, and the room service was excellent. A special thanks to the animation team. They created a great atmosphere every day and organized fun activities, especially for younger guests. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay, highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Good rooms, good food, good variation. There are many pools, including an adults only pool with cocktails we tried a lot. Friendly staff. We very much recomend.
