Serenity Alpha Beach

It was my family’s and my favourite holiday yet. The hotel was huge and clean everywhere, no dirt whatsoever, the atmosphere was calm but exciting when it needed to be thanks to the amazing animation team. It was right next to the beach, making going in the sea super easy. The rooms were impeccable, amazing cleaners that deserve all the praise and the style of the rooms was beautiful. The amount of money we spent was totally worth it for a 5-Star Resort like Serenity Alpha Beach. When me and my family weren’t at the pool or the beach relaxing we were having fun using their pool table and their table tennis table - very well thought of for people who don’t always like staying at the pool. Additionally, the hotel wasn’t noisy at all it was calm and only noisy when the fun was brought by the animation team.

Perfect location. Direct access to the sea. Close to the city (by car). Everything you need is provided on the hotel grounds. Very clean, The rooms are always clean . The food is delicious. Prices that are truly affordable for everyone. The hotel staff is top-notch. The animation team knows what they're doing. I'd love to come back here 💛

Where do I start? I booked 2 weeks at this hotel with my 19 year old daughter. We hadnt been to Egypt before so were a little apprehensive. But there was absolutely no need. We were greeted at reception by a very friendly team. Then taken to our room, ground floor. as requested. Our patio doors opened straight on to one of the pools with swim up bar. Perfect. We had upgraded to premium and so had a few extra perks including access to a beach side restaurant and bar. The food over all was very good. But the 6 Al a carte restaurants were outstanding! Italian was my favorite. Everything was very clean. Sunbeds easily found any time of day and daily maid service. But what made our holiday was the entertainments team! They were fantastic! Always inviting us to the day and night activities and encouraging everyone to join in dancing whether you wanted to or not! They also put on 3 parties during our stay. Foam, Colour foam beach and Blue party which was brilliant! We were also lucky enough to celebrate Eid there with a huge party and fireworks. A special shout out to Kaitlyn, Zuri, Miley, Amar and Beso. I cant remember every ones names but they were all brilliant! I cant wait to return to this hotel.

My stay at Serenity Alpha Beach was truly wonderful. I especially enjoyed the people—everyone was very open, helpful, and incredibly kind, especially the entertainment staff, who organized countless activities every day. The aqua gym, yoga, various competitions, and prize draws for souvenirs and trips made it impossible to get bored. In the evenings, there were discos by the stage, along with interesting shows and theater performances. The hotel has multiple pools and a beautiful beach, so everyone can find something they like. The food was varied and delicious—everyone could find something they liked. The bartenders and delicious drinks also deserve a big plus. The service was incredibly friendly and took great care of their guests. The staff often asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything, such as a drink. If someone wasn't happy with something, they immediately tried to improve it or suggest something else—they even remade the drinks if they weren't to their liking. This made it clear that they truly cared about their guests' comfort. There were new attractions every day, making our stay a truly memorable one. It's the perfect place to both relax and have fun. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return!
