Serenity Alpha Beach

I have been a few times now and i didn’t think it could get any better. the animation team, the bar staff and the restaurant staff are amazing and super helpful.The entertainment both at night and during the day the pool incredible so much to do. The room was immaculate and the mini fridge always fully stocked with cold drinks When it came to both restaurants amazing service and food with plenty of options.highly recommend the Mexican restaurant. Overall it’s amazing highly recommend with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming again

Stayed here for 11 nights had an excellent time. The hotel is very clean and gardens are kept very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Main dining hall was good and plenty variety in food options every day. There is many speciality restaurants in the hotel that you get 3 visits per stay the ones we tried were excellent so can only assume the others would be aswell. There is 5 different pools and getting sunbeds at any time off the day was not an issue. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and the water is so clear lots of different fish that u can see even just looking over the peer. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Excellent hotel. Staff amazing especially Black Shark at the quiet pool, Machmous at the baywatch bar and of course the lovely learena at guest relations who was absolutely brilliant in helping us book the a la cart restaurants, the brazillian and also helping us find English books to read, she is a credit to the hotel and hope to see her when we return in November
