Serry Beach Resort

One of the best holiday I passed in serry beach resort with wonderful area and beach . The service and the staff so respectful Thank a lot for animation team for the good vibes and special thanks for Katy

Went for the evening to try the rooftop bar/restaurant. After going through security we were met by a member of staff who took us in the lift to rooftop. He repeatedly told us we had to pay ? We expected to pay, didn’t need to be told. We ordered some drinks. Staff were not at all friendly. My cocktail was awful, I only had a few sips. Paid the bill and left. Would have stayed for food but there was no atmosphere, no welcome from the staff. Going to the left the man that took us up 15 mins earlier asked if we liked it. I said no , my drink was very poorly made and presented. The hotel at first glance looks amazing, still a bit of a building site. If your going to pay this price to stay here you would be much better going to Dubai/ Abu Dhabi when it reopens, where you will get far better quality, better service and more luxurious and a lot cheaper.

Youssef (Abd. Elmohsen) was an exceptionally attentive and dedicated housekeeper during our stay. Every day, he did his work with great care and attention to detail – everything was always perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. What made him truly special was his warm and friendly personality. He had a smile on his face every single day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His work is truly appreciated, and the hotel can consider itself very lucky to have such a wonderful employee like Youssef. I wish him all the very best and truly hope to see him again one day.

It was a fantastic experience, all inclusive had so much fun. I will come again

Serry beach restort was a great time away 10 min away from airport, everybody was friendly and they do the best for you, Khaled Sayed is the best waiter in the hotel. He took great care of us at the Sofra restaurant and was very fast; he anticipated my order before I even told him I would be back soon.
