English Review Our stay at Serry Hotel was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. From the very first moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The warm welcome started right at the entrance, where the bell staff handled our luggage professionally and with genuine kindness. The reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They even allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time so we wouldn’t have to wait outside, which we really appreciated after our journey. Throughout our stay, every single member of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, respectful, and genuinely cared about making our experience as comfortable as possible. The check-in and check-out processes were both incredibly fast, smooth, and well organized. Room service was excellent, prompt, and always delivered with a smile. The hotel itself is simply breathtaking. The cleanliness is impeccable, the room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The architecture and interior design are stunning and create a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality. The drinks were fantastic, the pool was beautiful, and the beach was one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail of the hotel reflects luxury, quality, and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to the entire Serry team for making our first wedding anniversary so memorable. Their thoughtful celebration meant so much to us and made our special occasion even more magical. Choosing Serry to celebrate such an important milestone was one of the best decisions we made, and the team truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. This is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is modern, luxurious, and designed with meticulous attention to detail. From day one, we felt exceptionally well looked after. The rooms were cleaned with great care every day; they were always spotless, fresh, and ready for our return. The entire hotel makes a stunning impression with its aesthetics and high standards. The beach is beautiful—wide and sandy, with crystal-clear blue water. We loved spending time by the sea and swimming every day. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We are leaving with wonderful memories and are delighted with our entire stay. We highly recommend Serry Beach Resort to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Hurghada. Khaled Sayed is the best waiter in the hotel. He took great care of us at the Ambassadors Restaurant, sofra and we will be back soon.

Amazing hotel , amazing service , complete luxury , staff are so good you don’t have to move or lift a finger, special shoutout to the most amazing bartender/ waiter Akram Samy, he was constantly bringing us new cocktails to try always looking after us all holiday and always smiling ❤️

We arrived at the rooftop bar/restaurant and Hamdy looked after us from the get go, he was very friendly and provided the best service. A very relaxed vibe, we enjoyed our time! Thank you
