Serry Beach Resort

We are currently staying at Serry Beach and our cleaner/housekeeper Abdel Aziz is so attentive and thorough he constantly checks we are happy with our room, every single staff member cannot do enough for you, you never need to ask for anything they are just there ready to do it for you

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious with a lot of variety every day. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, making it the perfect place to fully enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding and professional. The food was excellent with a lot of variety, everything was fresh and delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all amazing every single day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Everything in the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We would definitely come back again!

A special thank you to Khaled Sayed: Khaled Sayed is the best waiter in the hotel. He took great care of us at the Sofra restaurant and spoke to us in Dutch. We will be back soon.

As today is the last day of my stay at Serry Beach Resort, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. Everything was excellent from the very beginning. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel facilities were well organized and maintained to a high standard. First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Hotel Director, Mr. Amir Nagy, for his hospitality and for maintaining such a high standard of service and guest care throughout the hotel. I would also especially like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Amira Moustafa, who truly did her best to ensure that I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Her kindness, care, and professionalism made a great difference during my visit. In addition, I would like to thank Chef Mostafa for his special attention and consideration regarding my lactose intolerance. He always made an effort to prepare food that I could enjoy safely, and I truly appreciated his care and support throughout my stay. It has been a pleasure staying at the hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada. I look forward to returning again in the future. With sincere thanks and appreciation.
