Serry Beach Resort

Currently staying in room 4031. We had to move from room 4229 as we were woken by building works at 6 am We thought the hotel might upgrade us to a decent room because of this problem The hotel said they are fully booked and the only room available was 4031 which overlooks an apartment complex We were promised a deluxe garden view These two rooms did not offer this We stupidly accepted the new room As the reception staff stated several times that the hotel fully booked which is clearly is not The main restaurant in the hotel is great and the service of the staff in general is excellent The À la carte restaurants are dreadful We would never return to any of them The hotel should be great But unfortunately it isn’t This is an honest review from a guest who is still at the hotel

My Wife and I have just spent a very enjoyable week at the Serry Beach Resort. We met up with our Friends who had gone out a few days earlier than us. We wanted a chilled on the Beach holiday and that is exactly what we got. The pictures in the brochures and the u tube videos are fantastic, but the Hotel is even better in "real" life. We had private transfer from the airport. On arrival we were greeted with a beaming smile and a joke by Hassan. Check in was so smooth and set the tone for the holiday. We stayed in room 1041 which was a garden room. This was a large room beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. Elsam from housekeeping kept our room immaculately. The food was of a good quality and freshly prepared. My wife is Gluten Free and that was no issue . A special thank you to chef Ahmed Gamal. we also ate at Keif which is well worth booking. Most evenings we spent in the Dar lounge. This area is just beautiful to sit in and the fires added to the ambience and the heat. The evenings can be on the cool side this time of year. My special mention here goes to Mohamed and Joseph who made sure we never wanted for drinks and nibbles. Our days were spent at the beach, we always sat towards the volleyball court, There was never a need to rush to get a sunbed as they were plentiful. The Life guard would greet me every morning with towels that he laid out on our chosen beds, always happy to laugh a joke with me. The Beach boy ensured we never wanted for liquid refreshments be they beautiful cappuccino's, smoothies or the occasional beer. Forgive me for not noting their names There are plenty of activities on the beach, you are invited to join but not pressured. My wife and I enjoyed the Kayaking even if we were not suited to a tandem. This was a perfect holiday for us. We loved the Hotel, the vibe it creates and the excellent staff. We would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

stayed at Serry Beach Hotel in Hurghada with my girlfriend and we were honestly very pleasantly surprised. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The food was really delicious and, most importantly, very varied. There were different dishes every day, so it never got boring and everyone could find something they liked. The hotel itself also offers many opportunities to relax or have fun. Whether at the pool, the beach, or through the different activities available, there was always something to do. What impressed us the most, however, were the people working there. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the team at the pool was very attentive and always in a good mood. Whenever we needed something, someone was there to help immediately. You really feel welcome here. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again.

The location is beautiful the view too,rooms so nice and clean and atmosphere is very good 👍
