Serry Beach Resort

Hotel was lovely, gorgeous views, very aesthetically pleasing but definitely overrated. Couldn’t fault the staff, service was good and our waiter at breakfast and dinner even remembered our orders and bought us cocktails without being asked. Rooms were nice and spacious, hotel staff were great when we moved rooms because we weren’t originally given the pool view we booked. One big thing that lets the hotel down is the state of the pool, the floor and walls paint is bubbling and peeling badly which isn’t the nicest to look at or stand on. Also being a couple in our 20s we like playing pool games eg throw and catch, bat and ball but we weren’t allowed to do these in the pool which we found disappointing as there was no activities in the main pool, only at the beach/dive base. The water park was good but staff and safety was different, with some asking for tips etc and asking to go on trips. Food was exceptional, not a lot of selection but what they had was good quality food. The hotel would benefit from having bottles of water available poolside. Overall, we had a good stay but not sure if we we will be returning to the area.

Wonderful Resort, we had a great time. The Animator are so nice and friendly especially Jimmy. We had a great Time all in all.

location very close to the airport, with direct access to the sea and sandy beach. a clean hotel both in the room and in general, chill atmosphere for both a couple and a family like us. tasty and diverse food, an all inclusive service with a la carte restaurants that offers a good experience. the waiters offer you refreshing drinks all day long directly to the sunbed. we were here for the 2nd time in a row and we will definitely come back, I recommend the hotel

A short hop from the airport straight into paradise. Immediately it was evident this was going to be the most relaxing chilled holiday ever. The decor as you pass reception is just beautiful and this was the same throughout the resort. Our room was a short stroll to the most beautiful beach with easy access into the sea. Great for oldies like us who prefer to walk in rather than via a pontoon. The staff around the resort were the most pleasant and helpful people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile. Some of the reception staff should maybe practice being more approachable. Food on general was pretty amazing. Not a chicken nugget in sight thank god! We used all the Al a carte restaurants however the only disappointment was the rooftop one. Service was a bit haphazard and they forgot to bring bread with the dips on quite a few tables. The starters where lovely however the main course meat dishes where cold on arrival and over cooked making them dry and inedible. Dessert also didn’t match the description on the menu. Apart from that one poor experience the rest of our meals especially in the main buffet were absolutely amazing! Watch out for drinks prices in the Naz bar. I ordered a single Smirnoff and was charged £22 for it! This hotel is ideal For those seeking a chilled laid back holiday. The entertainment team don’t bother you but there is stuff going on of you want to join in. Piped music throughout and the live shows where all Egyptian oriented which was lovely however it would have been nice to hear some music as well. Especially tunes that are recognised widely for all to enjoy. This hotel has high standards and is spotless throughout. Influencers would flock here for the photo opportunities alone. We loved out stay and would love to return later in the year.
