I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Miramar and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a great stay. A special thank you to Mohammed Ramadan, Salma and Omar in the restaurant for going above and beyond to make my experience so enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. It’s rare to find such consistently outstanding customer service, and these team members are a real credit to the hotel. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

We are on our 4th day of 14 and will update this review at the end of our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Omar shot took our cases and showed us to reception for checking in. Checking in was quickly done by very friendly staff along with a complimentary drink. Omar then transferred us to our room (7208) which was exactly as expected with all the amenities advertised and a large fully furnished bacony with great views over the lagoons. The room has been kept nicely cleaned by the housekeeper and the mini bar topped up daily. A nice touch was a birthday cake in the room along with flowers on the bed for my wife’s birthday. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes with a different theme each night. Everything we have had has been of great quality and freshly cooked. The waiters have been excellent and very happy, thanks Mustapha, Omar and Achmed, you are making the holiday special for us. The hotel is in a great position being between downtown El Gouna and the 2 marina areas. Both are walkable or use the readily available Tuk tuk for easier travelling around. The main pool area is great with sun beds available at any time of the day. However we have found the bar/snack bar to be somewhat dark and uninviting. The dinks etc are served regularly and of good quality. The grounds are well kept and have lovely pathways around all the islands the hotel is spread out over along with good signage and lighting at night. As we have a very late departure (23:45 flight) we approached guest relations to enquire about a possible later checkout than the normal 12 noon. We were given a fairly curt reply of “I can do nothing now, come back the day before you leave” with no further explanation. We feel in a quality hotel like this there should be enough information on the next guest for the room and their expected arrival time to see if an option exists for a later checkout. So we will have to return and ask on the day before we depart and hope for the best. A small niggle but it would have alleviated any anxiety if we had known now and not only the day before. As this is early into our stay we will update with more information once the holiday has ended.

Beautiful and quiet resort built on small islets surrounded by the sea. Clean room, good restaurants with a great variety of food. Daily entertainment program and live music at the evenings. Very friendly staff that took good care of us - special thanks to Hamad Rabie for the great service at beach bar 9000 and orient 1001.

Beach bar 9000 hamad rabaa was great. Made good cocktails and service was great. Cocktails were very tasty. We were very well looked after
