Sheraton Miramar Resort

Once again, we had a fantastic holiday at Sheraton Miramar El Gouna. We have been coming to this hotel for many years, and there is a reason we keep returning. Every visit, the team still manages to surprise us and make our stay even more special. The swimming pool renovation had no impact on our holiday, as we are beach lovers and spend most of our time there anyway. One of the biggest improvements we noticed this time was the food and restaurant experience. The new Executive Chef has clearly made some excellent changes. The themed evenings in the main restaurant, including live cooking stations, were outstanding, and the food in the à la carte restaurants was absolutely delicious. Mina and his team at the Orient Restaurant always make sure you feel welcome and take great care of their guests. The same can be said for the Italian restaurant Piscina, which was temporarily relocated to the beach due to the renovations. The staff in the main restaurant also deserve special recognition. Omar greeted us every morning with a fresh cup of mint tea for my wife – these personal touches make all the difference. Ayman and Mohamed Abdel Latef have created a fantastic team. Mohamed Mohsen taught us new Arabic words every day, while Toka and Hagar always welcomed us warmly and guided us to our table with a smile. At Relaxing Beach, Hamed kept us refreshed with delicious cocktails throughout the day – the perfect addition to relaxing beach days. In the Main Bar, Ahmed Taha and his team prepared some of the best cocktails we have ever had. We even took part in a cocktail-making class with him, which was such a fun experience. We would also like to thank Abdalah, Elsayed, and Mohamed Saad for their endless hospitality and exceptional service. A big thank you to the entire Sheraton Miramar El Gouna team for making our holiday unforgettable once again. We are already looking forward to returning!

Amazing staff, especially Omar and Hamad at the Beach Bar 3000. Good drinks, good atmosphere empty and beautiful beaches. Good food also, you can’t really complain about anything in this awesome place.
