Ok but a few staff let down the hotel. Hotel itself a bit dated although they seem to be doing a lick of paint on some rooms. First we were put in a room on 3rd floor with no balcony but managed to change the next day. Food , variety & staff was superb in main restaurant but the restaurant near wave pool we found several staff very rude in the evening Asked for apple juice for grandson and they said they didn't have it yet we then saw waiters taking to other families. This sort of thing happened several times. My daughter thought it was as we are mixed race. Really didn't want to help or serve us The pool bar by bowel slide beside wave pool we stopped using as yet again the main man there was rude and raised his voice to us. Seemed like he didn't want to be there. Was no need for his stroppy attitude. House cleaner was brilliant and friendly Location was good. Beach across the road through serry hotel was very good and snorkeling amazing. All staff in beach were friendly. Shops out back of hotel very good variety. Im in two minds whether we'd go back and a shame a few staff ruined it for us.

Let me start that the service is outstanding! The employees will do nearly everything for you. When we arrived we had some issues in our room. The other room was good. Hotel is slightly outdated and can use an update. Maybe I have to admit that I compare it to other resorts I've been to. This was the first time we've took a four star resort instead of a 5 star resort. I can really recommend the diving trip!!!

I found our holiday at the Sinbadclub hotel Excellent,they couldnt do enough for you,lots of choice with the selection of foods, will def return.

Brilliant location beach just 10min walk from hotel, shopping street just outside with plenty bars and restaurants if you choose to treat yourselves! All inclusive is great plenty choice we loved the Asian and Italian but buffet was great always find something to eat ! We loved all the staff they were amazing very friendly and helpful special shout out to Amrad the pool bar lad he treat us like family even having a bit banter with our daughter like a sibling would. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This isn’t our first time here it’s our 6TH!!. Our first holiday was in November 2024, and honestly we’ll keep on returning. I couldn’t personally recommend this hotel anymore to anyone else as it’s just ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From solo travellers to families I’ve spoken to them all while we’ve been here at different times. We done in the school holidays & out. And both have never been too much even when it’s been the British school holidays. Hotel is self is impeccable! The staff are absolutely amazing and can’t do enough for you. Anything you need just ask one of the staff and if they can’t help you be sure reception will TRY their best to accommodate whatever issue it is you may have. The food is outstanding and something for everyone even gluten free / vegetarian options/products for those who need it. Ice cream & waffle option at the snack restaurant by the wave pool from 12 till 5 with also lunch serve between this time. With the main restaurant opening at 1pm. Animation is honestly second to none! And have become our family, this can only describe the sort of people in the animation you will come across! They really are truly beautiful people!! 🫶🏼 Night time shows are mind blowing 🤯 them dancers are like watching shooting stars in the sky! They honestly make that stage come alive at night 🫶🏼
