Sindbad Club

Hotel grounds and lobby area are really nice and clean. room was a dated and dirty on bathroom walls ect. We booked a junior deluxe suite although the room we got was very basic. We ended up sick for 5 days out of the 10 I blame it on the food in restaurants as birds fly in and out landing on food out on stands pecking from them and lots of flies also. The pool area and water park was enjoyed by kids and are kept clean and tidy. The staff are mostly helpful when your tipping them once you don’t tip they don’t come near you they will walk straight past you as if your not there. My favourite part was seeing lady Diana in the evenings out front which is the hotels pelican.

We are a British family, 2 adults, 2 boys (aged 13 and 8) and have just spent 2 amazing weeks at Sinbad. It’s our 2nd time to Hurghada, 1st time at this hotel - we will most definitely be coming back and staying at Sinbad. Things we would particularly call out as real positives; Staff - All really friendly and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to Mohammed Ibrahim who works in the Botanica restaurant (by the wave pool) - he made sure we were looked after ok every single visit - very friendly, and great with the kids. Also, on Serry Beach, by the floating sunbeds/pool, Ibrahim (bar staff) and Ismail (lifeguard) helped make that area great fun - made sure we always had drinks, kept the sunbeds clean and had lots of fun with us and the kids - they made that little area feel like a friendly little community. Cleanliness - The attention to detail here was incredible. The grounds are immaculate - the landscaping team and lifeguards are relentlessly cleaning, keeping everything looking spotless. The public toilets are spotless at all times - the cleaning staff at the toilets make sure the toilets and sinks are cleaned after every single visit. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh water also provided, unless you choose not to. Food - plenty of choice for everyone, there’s always pizzas, burgers, chicken for fussy eaters and then lots of other options for everyone else. It’s great that you can book into the al la carte restaurants as many times as you wish - we particularly liked Pronto the Italian - the steak in there was great, and you can even have a second portion if you wish. For standard buffet, we preferred to eat in Botanica as it’s a lot quieter, making it a more relaxed environment. Pools, slides and beach - We mixed it up between the wave pools/slides and beach at Serry. The walk to the beach is about 4 minutes across a promenade with a small 1 way road to cross, but the Serry Hotel staff stop the traffic to get you across - the road is pretty quiet anyway, but the staff are still there everytime to assist. Entertainment - Easily the best animation team we’ve ever seen at any hotel abroad. They’re an incredibly talented bunch and know how to put on a show. It’s far more upmarket entertainment than anything we’ve ever experienced at hotels before (that are all usually a bit naff) Having travelled abroad as a couple and family every year to many all inclusive hotels (including Ali Baba Palace in Hurghada), Sinbad has easily surpassed all the others we’ve ever stayed at, and we will 100% be returning next year. We stayed at Sindbad club July 2026 the hotel was lovely and so were the staff made us feel very welcome. We travelled as 2 families 3 & 4 people when we arrived we were allocated our room (we were the family of 3) we only had 1 double bed but within 10 minutes another bed was bought to our room but looked uncomfortable as it was a zed bed but my 18 year old son said it wasn't too bad, we had cans of fizzy and 2 cans of beer and a plate of fruit in our room which was a nice gesture. family of 4 made their way to their room when they entered they were already a family in there, they had been told the wrong room number, eventually got into their room which was fine. We can not fault the food in the buffet restaurant it was all very nice and something different every day (we stayed for 2 weeks) We did eat in the Italian Restaurant which you need to book but was not impressed at all so we didn't use the other ones. We did not have to fight for sun loungers the pool attendants always found us 7 sunbeds together and once they become to know us it was almost like they saved the same spot for us every day. Only thing we didn't like around the pool was being hassled by reps trying to sell us trips and spa/massage that was actually annoying. The hotel was clean and tidy rooms were cleaned every day and beach towels were also provided. The private beach is located across the road and through a shopping mall, there are 2 bars and restaurant there which are free for Sindbad guests. There is a bar "retros" a 10 min walk from hotel food is amazing there, we watched England play in the world cup there absolutely amazing atmosphere. We also ate in Moon 2 a few minutes walk that was also amazing. We visited the marina which is worth a visit. We booked some trips with the TUI rep but please be careful he gave us wrong information on the quad bikes trip, we were told my 12 year old niece could not ride one but she could go on a dune buggy along side us WRONG she had to go in a jeep with a driver so I went with her as didn't want to leave her on her own so i didn't get to drive the quads either. We booked Cairo was told it was a 5/6 hour drive WRONG it was 6/7 Hours and we also had to stop at Security point which we weren't told by the rep, our tour guide announced it on the coach and we were told we could be there 10 minutes/hour he didn't know as it was we were stuck there for 2 hours so just bare that in mind when booking Cairo. Its a very long day we were picked up at 12:50am and didn't arrive back to our hotel until midnight so nearly 24 hour trip. So just be aware when booking with TUI reps we did complain to him and he organize a late check out for us. Would definitely recommend Sindbad Club.

Fantastic stay at Sindbad Aquapark Club Hotel, Hurghada! 🌊 (8th - 18th July 2026) The food was great, but it was the warmth of the staff that made this trip unforgettable. Huge thanks to Fathi/ for looking after our room (4119) — spotless every day, fresh towels and bedding without fail. Remon Nady at the Wave Pool kept the drinks coming with a smile, and the bar team at La Cabana were brilliant all week (one guy in particular, even while under the weather — you know who you are!). From both pools to Serry Beach, every part of this hotel was a joy. You will need to get up early to secure the best sun loungers at peak season. We’re writing this review with just two days left of our 14 night stay. Our party consisted of two adult females travelling with two disabled adults, so accessibility was a really important factor when choosing this hotel. Rooms: Our rooms are in the 1000’s block behind the quiet pool on the ground floor. One room is fully accessible with grab rails and adapted facilities, while the other is a standard ground floor room that was still easy to use. If you’re travelling with a wheelchair user or someone with mobility issues, these rooms are an excellent choice. The only accessibility issue we found was the revolving door, but this is easily avoided by using the adjacent corridor. The rooms themselves are a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment, but they are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Food: I’m an extremely fussy eater, so I usually struggle at all-inclusive resorts, particularly at breakfast as I don’t eat eggs, cheese or breakfast meats. Even so, there was always plenty of fresh bread, pastries and fruit available, and I discovered beef bacon which was surprisingly delicious! Lunch and dinner is where the hotel really stood out. There was an excellent selection of fresh soups, salads, pasta, meat and fish every day also included themed meals, one lunch was chinese, an evening meal with fresh fish, lamb and turkey Between the four of us, we all agreed this is some of the best all-inclusive food we’ve experienced, and we’ve travelled to quite a few resorts over the years. Pools: The quiet pool is beautiful, spacious and relaxing—when people follow the rules. The lifeguards work incredibly hard enforcing the no-diving and no-ball-games policy, but unfortunately they’re often ignored by both children and adults. On several occasions we watched children openly laugh after being told not to dive, only to carry on, sometimes with their parents doing exactly the same. That’s certainly not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the atmosphere. Personally, I think families wanting to play would be much better using the excellent waterpark or wave pool, leaving the quiet pool as the peaceful space it’s intended to be. Staff: The staff have been outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing has been too much trouble, and everyone has been friendly, welcoming and eager to help. The pool bar team deserve a special mention—especially “Hot Lips”! I spend good money trying to get lips like his, yet his are completely natural! You’ll know exactly who I mean when you see him. The restaurant staff have also been fantastic, always going out of their way to assist us, particularly our disabled companions. Location: The location couldn’t be better. There’s a fixed-price supermarket just outside the front entrance to the left, which was ideal for picking up snacks and essentials at very reasonable prices. Behind the hotel you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés, including Cinnabon, McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut, all within easy walking distance and accessible if you fancy a change from the hotel restaurants. Overall: We’ve genuinely had an amazing holiday, and for the price we paid. Yes, some of the rooms would benefit from modernisation, but they’re immaculately clean, comfortable and well looked after. The food has exceeded our expectations, the staff have been exceptional, and the hotel’s accessibility has made our holiday so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling with disabled guests.
