What an excellent hotel for families, great people and fantastic customer service, food choices were great, big pools with a great beach. Shish bar was very welcoming with a very cool and relaxed atmosphere, kids absolutely loved everything about it. Highly recommend. Very very cheap Uber to a lovely Marina and hot hot hot every day.

Last week i wend to Hurghada and i stayed in the Sindbad hotel with my girlfriend and my experience surpassed any of my expectations. The hotel has amazing member staff all of them are friendly, kind and really professional on what they do . They are very communicative and always available for anything you want. We would like to thank specifically from the guest service mr Alaa Mahmoud for being so helpful , he and mr Mohammad the restaurant manager planed a very nice celebration for my girlfriend's birthday, which i asked for . I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Hurghada, definitely we are coming back !!

Just got back from Sinbad club majority of hotel staff are nice some are miserable, but they were fasting for Ramadan so could be hard for them to be 100% at the moment. We were in a superior family room which is just okay nothing superior about it. We were facing the road which was constantly busy hon honking all day noise from the hotel impossible to get a good nights rest again could be due to Ramadan as extremely loud after they break fast. Entertainment good, bar staff really nice, cocktails mediocre but it is a Muslim country. Contain Limited alcohol very sweet. House Red wine amazing. Food okay cater for Eastern Europeans mainly. Most proteins overcooked or no flavour. However, Was always something to eat. Grounds incredible maintained well, always clean & housekeeping brilliant. Pool areas lovely plenty of room around the hotel. Lots of great activities in the hotel. In a good location central to most things. Beach amazing! If you want to explore Hurghada use indrive app (similar to uber) or you will be scammed, & overcharged & probably not insured. They drive crazy out there and we managed to make a deal with a driver we met who took us everywhere. Plenty of places to visit, amazing beach clubs, malls & book your excursions through get your guide or booking.com not the hotel. Use the spas outside of hotel overcharge for massages & incredibly pushy. Exchange your money to EGP using the main bank just up from McDonald’s. or you will pay in Euros or dollars much more for items. If you would not pay the price at home why would u pay the price abroad walk away and you will get a bargain. Some water slides were closed but wasn’t an issue. I would stay again if I got another bargain. Tip the staff if you get good service I loved the team in the outside shisha area where there is a pool table and table tennis favourite part of the hotel and they deserve the tips. The dinner team are also lovely.

beautyful resort, very friendly and helpful personel, well organized beach, exellent food everything homemade, rooms were used bud clean, we had a wonderfull stay.

+ The beach and the water was great. + All of the staff were very kind and helpful. + Internet was good the whole week on the whole hotel exept from the beach. + The food was good with 2 bufferestaurants and 3 a la carterestaurants. - A lot of birds were eating from the buffetable. - We were all very sick at Faraos revenge.
