Outstanding hotel, staff is lovely nothing is to much for them, The food is beautiful and im a fussy eater the food station just went on and on with all variety.Pools and grounds are lovely and so clean..The rooms nice an the showers always red hot water.Beds are comfortable to so as you maybe can work all out for yourselfs we had no complaints what soever me and my partner..would we return definitely without a doubt.Nicola and scott Sheffield.. one love sinbad

We have just returned from yet another wonderful stay at the Sindbad Club in Hurghada, and it truly gets better every time. What can we say? This place is absolutely amazing — from the genuinely friendly and attentive staff to the consistently high standards maintained throughout the entire resort. The hotel itself, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the pristine beach are all kept to the highest possible standard. From the moment we arrived, the team couldn’t do enough for us. They even accommodated our request for a room conveniently located near the wave pool, which made our stay perfect. The food is outstanding. Whether you choose the excellent buffet restaurants or one of the à la carte options, you’re in for a treat. The Italian and Asian restaurants were by far our favourites — we loved them so much that we returned multiple times. No matter what time of day or where you are within the hotel, you are always greeted with a warm smile and staff who genuinely go the extra mile to make your holiday memorable. What really sets Sindbad apart is that even the hotel director and managers take the time to speak with guests, ensuring everything is faultless and taking on board any feedback. This is an amazing hotel in one of the best locations in Hurghada, with so much to see and do right on the doorstep. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back again soon. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and the price-quality ratio is absolutely excellent. Despite a few areas that could definitely be improved, we would certainly come back again. Unfortunately, the arrival experience was rather disappointing. The reception staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming, and this remained our experience throughout the entire stay. Questions were answered, but the service at reception lacked warmth and hospitality. The room itself was quite basic, but very clean. A big compliment to the housekeeping staff, because every single day the room and bathroom were cleaned perfectly and we received fresh towels. That part of the service was truly excellent. However, the room does need some maintenance. The doors urgently need replacing or repairing, as both the room door and the balcony door did not close properly, which did not feel very secure or comfortable. The bathroom was fine overall and also kept very clean, but there were several signs of wear and tear. The sink was damaged in multiple places and the shower leaked quite a bit. These were not major issues, but they are definitely points that deserve attention. We were very satisfied with the food and drinks. There was a wide variety of food available and plenty of choice throughout the day. The drink selection was also more than sufficient. What stood out most positively for us was the restaurant and bar staff. Every single employee was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and provided excellent service. They truly made a positive difference to our holiday experience. The pool area was well maintained and there were enough sunbeds available. Of course, people started reserving beds very early in the morning, around 7 AM, which unfortunately happens at almost every resort nowadays. Still, even later in the day there were usually some beds available, which was great. The only downside of the pool for us was the water temperature. The pool water was extremely cold and could definitely have been a bit warmer. All in all, we had a lovely holiday. Despite some shortcomings, mainly regarding maintenance and the reception service, the overall value for money is absolutely worth it. Thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and excellent housekeeping, we look back positively on our stay and would definitely return in the future.

I went and got my nails done at the Spa but Suzy and she did an amazing job! She was so nice to talk to as well. I highly recommend her. I also received a pedicure with Rose and she was the best.
