Sindbad Club

We went as a family of 10 for 11 nights. I can say I have never received the hospitality like I have here, nothing was ever too much for any of the staff from the reception team to the bar staff. The restaurant near the wave pool was much quieter and the staff were amazing but the variety was much more at the restaurant near the quiet pool with themed nights etc. The à la carte restaurants were lovely so I would highly recommend booking them, you could book them as many nights as you wanted. There was never any sun bed wars as the pool staff always helped you get a bed wherever you wanted. The beach was lovely and the all inclusive is included there also, staff were amazing there too. The entertainment staff always put on a good show and are amazing at what they do. One of our group did encounter a bad tummy and bad bites so did spend 2/3 days in the room but an injection from the chemist and some rest did the world of good. I never normally get bit but I have been bitten around 6 times on my legs but not the hotels fault, just take antihistamines everyday and that should do the trick. The air-con is great… we did 3 days without our air con working properly but once we told reception they fixed it right away. Omar the from the animation team and ramen nady from the wave pool bar team are assets to sin bad club they are respectful, outgoing and make you feel so welcome. We all said they made our holiday what it was due to their kindness and hospitality. The bonus is that it is only a ten minute transfer from the hotel but it is very rare you hear the airport traffic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Hurghada. Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember, your staff are the biggest asset.

Staff treat you like royalty they work hard The place is clean and well kept although there’s a lack of toilets around the hotel which is annoying. I became quite poorly with I think food poisoning! Never felt so poorly and eaten alive with mosquitoes. Chemist were very helpful and reasonable. Entertainment was ok with amazing cabaret but became repetitive and would have enjoyed more fun entertainment and music to dance to which isn’t expensive to do . Overall we had a good holiday and the staff throughout made it special with their respect and kindness to everyone

We currently still here Great hotel. Great staff big shout out to ghaly kozman hotel receptionist went above and beyond and so very helpful to us. So much appreciated. All staff are fantastic and work so hard. Beach is lovely hot and breezy. We stay manly quite pool. Plenty beds all around and food is lovely. So many shops and bars outside. Been Egypt loads of time this hotel is one of the best. ❤️💙❤️

Well what can I say , this place is amazing ! We went as a family of 6 Adults and 2 children , all rooms we had was kept clean and tidy. The food was varied loads to choose from . Drinks just kept flowing . The staff here are great all very welcoming they just carnt do enough for you . So friendly and warm . We have booked again for next year . The water slides are fantastic the kids loved them and the wave pool . There is not 1 bad thing about this place . The shops outside are plenty and reasonable though you may get hassled slightly , but there all friendly enough . Great overall experience at the sinbad club hotel .
