Close to the airport, 10 minutes with taxi. Beach: yoi have to go out from the hotel, cross a road, walk through Serry hotel. Hotel has an outdated vibe. Our room was small, old looking bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Dirty hairdryer. Very old mini fridge. Om the balcony a protective glass which was dirty. Chairs, table from 30 years ago. Not feeling to use them. Noisy bathroom door. Noise from the downstairs bar, or kids running at 4 am. on our corridor. Paid for 3 person, got a double bed, when we mentioned it to the reception, they sent an extra bed to our small room and said in their system is booked for 2 person. Yes, the size of the room was okay for that condition. But we were 3. And with that extra bed was very crowded. So be aware of the size guide before booking certain rooms. No fresh juice option. Only powder made versions. Staff was very friendly with big groups. Nearly not giving attention for us. Daily cleaning was okay. Around swimming pool areas a bit outdated vibe too. Staff found a sunbed every time was needed. Some people placed towel on the requested bed even before 7am. Nonsense. Paper straws went melted in no time. Very sweet lady making fresh Arabic stile pita bread by every meal. Various options for food but nothing really wow. Nice, simple. Lounge chairs were used for everyone. Even people with wet beach clothes. Had to check before we set to avoid water stain on us. Internet is working everywhere, even on the beach. Not strong but working. Clean, well maintained public bathroom. Programs every day. Missed the Arabic music by the meals. Only in the Lebanese restaurant and sometime by the wave pool experienced it. Shopping is fine out from the hotel. Stuff surely working hard. They were many. But helping almost without eye contact or smile. Of course not everyone but had to mention. Smoking is allowed by the pools and the beach. So with a child or people who doesn’t like to be covered with smoke can be a problem. I feel based on our overall travel experience and as a couple who is working in the hotel business, the value for the money of our stay was not well spent. Egypt is a nice country. We will definitely come back. But not to this hotel.

Another amazing stay, returning 4 weeks after my last trip. Already looking to book to go back. Staff are incredible around the pools, in the bars, in the restaurants. The chef was happy to spend time talking about the food that was available & what sauces go best with the food served. Food was incredible! Drinks were great

Overall, I highly recommend the stay. The food was delicious and varied, and the service, both waiters and other staff, was top-notch, always smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean, though they needed updating. The only thing that shouldn't have happened was that the hotel didn't have the room we paid for ready for us upon arrival. We requested a room change, which wasn't possible until the next day, which took us extra time and a bit of stress.

Excellent Hotel, the food was great, rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pools and beach area are also fantastic.. We also had a great experience at the Amon Spa where we were fantastically guided by Alaadin and where my daughter got some braids and henna.

The staff made the holiday 10x better, Hotel, Food and Drink, Amenities, Water Slides, wave Pool, kids pool, quiet pool, spa, Gym, Bars and Air Con what Moor can you want, Was worried about the Food heading over, but the food was amazing, can fault it had different stuff every night, and looked forward to the food the next week as we stayed for 14 Days, Ate to much and drank to much sugar it was that good! I'll update later
