We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was very clean and well maintained. A special thank you goes to Fahim from housekeeping, who did an excellent job and always made sure our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We would also like to thank the service team at the Cabana Restaurant for their friendly and attentive service, as well as Youssef from the Kahramana Restaurant, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be back next year! Highly recommended!

Mostafa cleaned every day pur room. He did all perfect. My room number was 2218. he is a friendly guy and is doing his job very good.

This was actually the first time in my life that I travelled outside Europe, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. ❤️ This was our first time staying at Steigenberger Ras Soma, and we were honestly completely blown away. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re a couple looking for peace, relaxation, luxury and quality time together, this is truly the perfect place. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and the service is exceptional. It’s the kind of place where you can completely switch off and simply enjoy your holiday together. ❤️ And the food deserves a 10/10! There is so much variety, with several different restaurants throughout the resort that you can enjoy. We tried almost all of them, and every restaurant had something special to offer. Arabesque, the Lebanese restaurant, was definitely our favourite. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible hospitality. Every waiter was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. Benisuma was another favourite of ours. The sushi was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Cabana and Maya were also fantastic. We genuinely enjoyed every dining experience and never felt like there was a lack of choice. But if there is one thing that deserves a standing ovation, it is the staff. 👏🏼❤️ Every single person we met was incredibly kind, professional and genuinely welcoming. They always had a smile on their face and made us feel truly appreciated. The service was simply outstanding. A very special shoutout to everyone at Kahramana. You made every meal feel special and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Abdullah, Peter, Abanoub, and all the amazing staff members were perfect! And an especially heartfelt thank you to our chef, Mostafa. ❤️ You made our stay so much more personal and memorable. Not only are you an incredibly talented chef, but you are also such a warm, kind and genuine person. Every dish you prepared for us was absolutely delicious. Your passion for cooking truly shines through in your food, and you made every meal feel extra special. But what made you stand out even more was the way you treated us. You didn’t just prepare amazing food — you made us feel like family. Every day, you welcomed us with the biggest smile and a warm hug, and those little moments meant more to us than you probably realise. Your kindness, warmth and genuine care made us feel truly appreciated and at home. Another special mention has to go to Samuel. Every time I saw him, I immediately became happy — and my partner felt exactly the same. He has such an incredible energy and a genuinely positive personality. You can tell how much he enjoys creating a good atmosphere and making people smile. The Saturday evening show by the beach was especially fun, and Samuel really brought the whole evening to life. He gave it his all, was full of energy and made sure everyone was having a great time. A huge shoutout to him for that! 👏🏼✨ If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that, personally, I would have loved to hear a little more Arabic music in the evenings. I really enjoy Arabic music myself, so I think it would have been a lovely addition and would have added an even more authentic Egyptian touch to the atmosphere. But honestly, this was definitely not a big issue — the atmosphere was already very warm, relaxed and enjoyable, and we had a wonderful time. Overall, Steigenberger Ras Soma is so much more than a beautiful resort. It’s the people who work there who truly make the experience special. Their kindness, hospitality and attention to detail made our first stay unforgettable. We came as guests, but we left with beautiful memories and genuinely missing the people who made our holiday so special. ❤️ We will definitely be back — and a big part of the reason is the incredible people who made us feel so welcome.
