We’ve just come back from our stay at a Steigenberger Resort in Egypt, and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The atmosphere at the hotel was incredible from the very first moment — warm, vibrant, and full of positive energy. A huge part of that was thanks to the animation team, especially Samuel and Kirill. They made every single day fun, engaging, and unforgettable. Their energy was contagious, and we found ourselves wanting to join every activity just because of them. They truly made our holiday special. We also want to give a special thank you to Ahmed, the lifeguard at the pool. From day one, when everything felt a bit confusing, he made us feel completely at home. He helped us settle in, always checked in on us, and created such a friendly and welcoming environment. We shared laughs, played games, and really felt taken care of. At the same time, we were so impressed by how professional and attentive he was. We saw firsthand how quickly and seriously he reacted during pool activities — always watching carefully and ready to step in immediately if needed. That level of care and responsibility really stood out. The service overall was fantastic — especially at the bar, where the staff always listened to our preferences and did their best to make everything just right. The food and cocktails were truly top level, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beach was another highlight — the water was absolutely amazing, so clear and perfect. It was a pleasure to spend time there, and the beach bar added to the whole relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We truly have only positive things to say. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire team made this experience unforgettable. This was, without a doubt, one of our best holidays ever. We would absolutely come back again!

I liked the service the place the acomodations, everbody was frendley everything was clean and very family frendly.

From arrival to departure, it was consistently amazing. The hotel itself, the staff, the food in the à la carte restaurants and also the drinks were truly impressive for Egypt. The room service was always as expected in a 5-star hotel and spotlessly clean. However, there is a charge for the minibar. The service at the pool and beach exceeded my expectations. Towels were always readily available, drinks were brought to me, sunglasses were cleaned, and the courtesy was exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I had the perfect vacation. Very lovely was Ahmed the life guard and pool service man and Samuel from the animation team with his unbelievable joy of live. Thanks also to the chef of the cuisine from the Italian restaurant who tried to fulfill all wishes and of course also the director of cuisine. In general all stuff members was here to make a perfect holiday.

Very clean room – a big thank you to Mister Mostafa! Everything was always spotless, and he made our son smile every day with the lovely towel animals he created. He was consistently friendly, attentive, and always asked about our well-being. Simply excellent!
