10/10 – The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers a fantastic atmosphere. The service was outstanding – every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

What an amazing hotel.From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcomed, and all our needs were met, with nothing too much trouble, from a great team of staff, who are all friendly,efficient and willing to share Egyptian hospitality. The foyer is amazing and leads the eye across the pools, to the beach. What a spectacular view! Our room met all our needs, we were situated on the east wing with views across the bay to the distant mountains and spectacular sunsets.Ibrahim our cleaner kept us entertained with his towel animals,and we joined in by doing our own ( if not, less detailed versions), all in good spirits. Gardens are well attended and the hallways are dust free.....there must be cleaners at night...but if so they are so very quiet. Beach is clean with very attentive waiters for drinks.Special mention to Hassan and Islam who looked after myself & my daughter at hut 34.They shared their stories with us and recommended us to various ingredients in the mocktails , as my just turned 18yr old wanted to experiment, hibiscus and mint were delicious, and we highly recommend the Almaza colada, and Mint Condition.Just super refreshing after a swim in the crystal clear waters. Boat trips, spa services,jet ski, para sail are all to west of hotel, 200m and all come highly recommended. The hotel has 5 dinner restaurants, if which we tried them all. For variety and people watching, the mail hall where every possible fussy eater ( my daughter included) is catered for, with at least 20 main hot dishes every night, salads, puddings, bread options. Gerges or George as we like to call him, tested us on our Arabic and greeted us warmly at breakfast, so we chose the same table each morning, and he pre-empted our arrival with black tea & oj.A nice touch@ For more smaller settings, Cabana, Maya & Benusuma, or Arabesque. Maya was our favourite on saturday nights as you get a great view of the beach party without actually joining in at first. Cabana have a great lunchtime & dinner menu and in terms of service & atmosphere ,this was our favourite. The animation team are just so energetic, and if you want to join in, you can without feeling pressured.Night shows were fab, like a short west end show, dancers, singers, acrobats all delivered with fun & laughter ...Samuel, whose charm, let alone his smile will win you over.He doesnt stop, you will see him in the pool, then on stage, i likened him to a duracell battery. On the terrace, the staff are supervised superbly attending to drinks & free snacks. Our favourite water was Ahmed who used his mime skills and witty personality to suggest drink ideas to my somewhat timid daughter, and won her over with Sea Breeze.Try it!@ Laura at guest services was a star! Checking all was well, and ensuring our stay is the best possible. It was a truly amazing stay, relaxed, and just what myself and daughter needed.Thank you.You have an amazing team and we will recommend and will certainly return.

We have visited Sharm El Sheik several times but this was our first visit to Hurghada. We usually travel to Dubai however due to being unable to go this year we wanted to try the next best thing which I can honestly say was this hotel. The rooms, the staff, the food, the decor was absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault anything! A big thank you to Ahmed who cleaned our room everyday (2150) and made it extra special with towel art and a a big thank you to Muhammad who worked around the pool for remembering our drinks order each day and was so friendly. We enjoyed ourselves that much that we will be looking to come back again in November. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Amazing hotel which complimented an amazing holiday! We stayed in Room 2150 and our friend Ahmed cleaned our room to a high standard, whilst also providing towel art everyday! He is very friendly and every morning had beach towels waiting for us. We look forward to seeing him again on our next visit! Round the pool the waiters are very good and our friend Mohamed always checked to see if we needed drinks and refreshments. Nothing is too much to ask and they always want to help. The restaurants are fantastic with a great variety of options. Again the waiters are keen to advise on different dishes and also encourage you to try something new! A few times they brought out different options for us to try, which demonstrated the quality of the food. Overall one of the best holidays we have been on and we will be coming back very soon!

Can't wait me and daughter here 6th to 14th let's hope lives up to it's five star standard or will it be another one star pretending to be a five star? Let's see as you know I always tell the truth !!!!!
