Perfect weather Staff is very good Food is very good Lagoon and pool is very good

I had a fantastic stay The staff were warm and very helpful, the beach was beautiful and clean , and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean Definitely not my last visit

For the second year in a row, Sultan Bey has exceeded all our expectations. We came back because of the wonderful memories we made last year, and somehow this year’s stay was even better. What makes this hotel truly exceptional isn’t just its beautiful location—it’s the incredible people behind it. Every single department deserves recognition. A huge thank you to the restaurant team, especially Shenouda, Martina, Ilaria, Ramez, Shaker, and Michael. Every meal was served with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The younger members of the team were also incredibly hardworking and always smiling. Special thanks to Martina from Guest Relations, who made us feel welcome from the first moment until the last. The culinary team deserves endless praise. Chef Abdallah, Chef Agaby, Chef Abdel Khalek, the pool chef, and all the chefs behind the scenes prepared outstanding meals every single day. Every dish reflected passion, quality, and attention to detail. Thank you to Joseph, Hanna, Mohamed, and the entire bar team for always serving us with a smile. The Reception Team made us feel at home from the very first minute. A special thank you to Momo, Solly, and Ziad from the Animation Team. You didn’t just entertain our son—you created unforgettable memories for him. Seeing him excited every day allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation even more. The lifeguards were absolutely amazing. One day our son wanted to inflate his football, but we didn’t have the proper needle. One of the lifeguards promised to bring one the next day, and he actually remembered, came looking for us, and inflated it for him. It may seem like a small gesture, but it perfectly reflects the care and attention that every guest receives at Sultan Bey. The Security Team also deserves special recognition. Every time we left the hotel by car, they made sure to save us a parking spot. Whenever we returned, they guided us safely to our place. Even more touching was how attentive they were to our son, always making sure we knew whenever he entered or left the hotel. As parents, that gave us incredible peace of mind. I also want to thank the gentleman who took care of our room. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he deserves every bit of appreciation. Every day our room was spotless, and every time we accidentally locked ourselves out, he came immediately with a smile. He was always kind, patient, and wonderful with our son. What impressed us most was that these weren’t isolated moments. Every single person we met genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels, but very few make you feel like family. Sultan Bey does exactly that. This was our second visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. Thank you for another unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back next year.

After many years of traveling and visiting different countries around the world, I can say that your hotel is the best I've seen: the hotel grounds, the service, the cuisine, and the staff, everything is top-notch!

The food was great, the outside was clean. The room was cool enough to be in. I would visit the area again but this hotel is good. The only negatives really was the people trying to sell you trips 5 times a day even though you had denied them multiple times. Although compared to outside el gouna this wasn't as bad.
