First of all, it is worth noting that many reviews are actively encouraged during guests' stays, and some holidaymakers, due to the friendly relationships they develop with certain staff members, tend to give a 5/5 rating that, according to many guests we spoke with on site, is not fully deserved. I will try here to provide an objective review based both on my own observations and on feedback gathered from other guests during our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff are exceptional. Their professionalism, dedication, and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel's location is also excellent, situated on the edge of the lagoon and in the heart of Downtown. The property is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. However, there are several areas that, in the opinion of many guests, require significant improvement. First, the rooms and bathrooms. We have been hearing about renovations for the past four years. Apart from routine maintenance work, we have seen no meaningful changes. At the same time, room rates have increased by 40% to 50%, depending on the season. The food and beverages are another disappointment. The overall quality is average at best, there is a lack of variety, grilled meats are often over-seasoned, and too many dishes are served with heavy sauces. We have also noticed a major change compared with previous stays: more and more drinks and even food items are now offered at an additional charge. Frankly, charging €30 for a hamburger seems excessive and disconnected from reality. The local alcoholic beverages are also of very poor quality. Finally, during school holidays, the facilities are simply too small to accommodate the number of families with children staying at the resort. The swimming pool, beach area, and recreational spaces are all undersized and quickly become overcrowded. In conclusion, despite the outstanding staff and excellent location, the overall value for money is, in our opinion, around 7/10.

Animation sets the bar at this place ! Especially Budda as he is amazing at magic tricks. The staff are lovely, the views are amazing, peace and relaxation and no sunbed wars!

Amazing hospitality and great food

A charming, small hotel. The food was good and the property was very clean. A beautyful place. It was nice!

Amazing experience , great food and different options and the rooms are amazing and the view is great
