Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort & Spa

This was my second year at Sunny Days resorts. I stayed in the sister hotel in May 2024 and chose the Palma De Mirette for May 25. Had a GREAT holiday. Staff were so friendly and the animation team were fantastic. Full of energy. They definitely kept my granddaughter entertained (especially Nour, Nadar and Chicco). Can't thank them enough for making the holiday so special. Good choice of food but restaurant gets very busy so pick your times to eat carefully. The room was very spacious and clean. Ground floor so right next to the pool. The housekeeper we had was very attentive and thorough. Location of the hotel is great too, right in-between old town and new town if you want to shop. Coming back in May 2026 and can't wait.

As for the hotel itself - I expected a little more, but in general it was not bad. Guests can use the infrastructure and restaurants of the El Palacio and Mirete hotels, participate in evening programs. The bay is quite windy, but you can still snorkel and swim. The animation could be a little more interesting. After leaving the hotel, you can walk along the street, where there are shops and cafes. The staff working in the main restaurant is pleasant and helpful. Aly, Houssien, and Abdul are very helpful guys. They work in the Chinese a le carte restaurant. And the bartender Hassan works really well in the pizzeria and pool bar areas, he will always ask how you are doing, make a delicious cocktail. His good mood and smile will make you enjoy your vacation, believe me :)

***Chinese a La Carte restaurant*** We are currently staying at this hotel and you get to use 4 A La Carte restaurants during your stay. We used the Chinese restaurant last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, We was well looked after with drinks and the food was lovely, a couple of small requests were asked and they made it happen. I would highly recommend if you are here or have plans to come here to take advantage of it and have a relaxing night away from the hustle and bustle of the main Buffett restaurants. Hassan was very helpful. Polite and friendly . Could not do enough for us . Bringing ice throughout the day every day for my damaged knee and sorted kétchup ( inside joke😂 ) . He was very respectful and made sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis . Thank you Hassan .

Stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely hotel.. hossam and Abdul in the beach bar were excellent at keeping the drinks flowing.. if there is anything you need ahmed the bar manager is always there to help and sort out.. food was lovely in all the resteraunts.. hossam Hassan is the best lifeguard.. the pina coladas are very tasty
