Amazing hotel and staff! The hotel and staff were amazing, we stayed for 11 nights during February half term and none of us wanted to leave. The staff go above and beyond to help, from the very help lady on guest services helping with our Alacarte reservations and making the restaurants aware in advance that my daughter has Coeliac disease and can not eat gluten, we also met with the head chef at the main restaurant who was very helpful. I would also like to thank the life guard at the end of the jetty who took our kids around the jetty snorkelling to show them the fish as my daughter was a little scared at first. The staff really do put themselves out to help. The hotel itself is spotless and always has something going on, from the sunrise festival, to fruit festivals aswell as the other daily activities. 5 stars to this hotel, thank you for making our family holiday in Egypt an amazing one! For anyone looking to book trips whilst here, highly recommend the snorkelling trips, we went on a catamaran and saw Dolphins at Dolphin house

What a beautiful place with cleanliness second to none. So much choice and plenty of entertainment day and night. All staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Always greeted with a smile and willing to do anything to help at all times. Our room was perfect! We stayed in block 8 and it was within a short distance from everywhere.we had use of both Sunrise Garden Beach and Mamlouk Palace and this was brilliant. We had family staying in Mamlouk so this was perfect for us. We did spend the majority of our time there but this was so we could all be together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunrise Garden Beach to anyone. Our next trip is booked for April but this time it will be at Mamlouk Palace. I hope our stay will be equally as delightful as it was here. The food, the choice, the water park and all staff were amazing. Fun for all ages.

We had a lovely, winter break at this hotel. It’s a big resort but there’s definitely a personal touch, with a WhatsApp link to a member of staff who will help you out with anything. The resort is spotless and striking, with palm trees, lots of plants and lush grass and two, big outdoor pools. Plenty of sunbeds, and slides for the kids (and adults!). The hotel has a private beach and the Red Sea is beautiful. Again, loads of sunbeds, with comfy mattresses. There are lots of activities you can buy at the hotel at reasonable prices. The kids went horse riding on the beach which was amazing. We also took a private speed boat and went snorkelling. There’s also the Animation Team, a football pitch, basketball and volleyball ball, table tennis and archery. All good for teenagers, who made friends easily. The food at the hotel is amazing with lots of choice. There’s also a range of à la carte and you can book one night as part of your all inclusive. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
