25 minutes for check in, why? Never taken such a long time, reception start with you then walk off to do something else. Ignorant, when you've been travelling all you want to do is shower, unpack and chill. On checking in we were NOT INFORMED OF DEMOLITION OF A RESTAURANT, which our room was 50metres from the demolition. The area was cornered off safely. We had the noise of diggers and tools from morning til after 6.00pm. We had no hot water for two days. Reported this issue no apology just ignored. In al la carte restaurants they've down sized all menus, not much of a choice now. This has not been a good visit, we have holidayed there upto 12 times. Why o' why do the animation team have to play their music like a club, distorted way too loud for a beach. If I wanted to hear music like that I'd go to Ibiza. Our cleaner was very poor, one day he'd replenish basic items, the next nothing. Floor was uncleaned.
