Three Corners Rihana Resort

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The animation team also does a fantastic job creating a fun and happy vibe with different activities throughout the day. Kay from the animation team especially was super kind and enthousiastic, and he really helped make the experience even more enjoyable. The food is also really good, nice restaurants and there’s something for everyone! Overall, it was a great holiday and I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

We were a big group of 11 people in all different ages. We came to the hotel the 23 of February and left the 3 of March. This was our first time in El Gouna and the first time at this hotel. Like I said we were a big family and this hotel made sure that all of us enjoyed the vacation. Everything from the cleaning to the animation team was amazing. Especially the animation team was really good. There was a really fun and positive guy called kay he was always smiling and dancing with us. He made us feel so invited and he was also very helpful with everything! The experience was great and we obviously will be back. Thank you for this amazing experience. Best regards, The Haffo family

Hotel is OK is you are looking only for sun and sea and eating and drinking. We have visited there three times, but this time we were disappointed. Of course the temperature in Finland was minus 26 degrees Celsius and plus 26 in El Gouna, but the town is pretty sterile and boring place. This time there were many couples with children in the hotel. The main restaurant was very stiff and hierarchical. There are floor weepers, those who carry platters, those who bring drinks, cooks, hall managers etc and, each one does only his tasks. Speaking to too low staff members was discouraged. That was not nice. The waiters repeated the same phrases to everybody, or did not even notice you. The main bar of the hotel, Peanuts bar, was terrible. Drinking and stupid games (Mister and Miss Rihana ?) No dancing at all for guests. Depressing place. The hotel has own doctor, Dr Eslam, and he was very good and extremely friendly! He visited our room when my wife needed medicine. Many thanks to him! The photographer of the hotel was very expensive, but professional. However, he promised to process the images but we had to do it ourselves.

We stayed at this resort 10 years ago and decided to go back this year, it was pleasant to see how service and quality of the stay remains UpTo highest standards and even better. I want to thank you all at Rihanna resort for this wonderful holiday and beautiful memories. Highly recommended

Went to this hotel with 2 friends one month ago. This was our first time in Egypt and we stayed at this hotel for 8 days. When we arrived in the evening we could still have some dinner, that was very nice because it was already late. Our room was near the dolphin pool, very clean room and enough space! It was cleaned everyday. In the hotel stay we really enjoyed the restaurant, food was good and the staff is very nice and helpful, we had one waiter on our stay and he gave us drinks every time we sat down at our table, the service was really good in the restaurant so we gave the waiter a tip every time. Some sales people walk around in the hotel but if you say no it is not a problem. We did one excursion, a boat trip with snorkling, would recommend! So beautiful but the water was a little bit cold since we went in the morning. After dinner me and my friends sometimes went in the peanuts bar, the staff behind the bar is really kind and makes nice cocktails with some fruit also. But at the third night we went in the peanuts bar and there was this guy from the animation team, he tried to talk to my friend. She came to me and she said he kept asking her out but she did not want to go because she is also just 18 and she is not interested. The next evening the same thing happened but this time he also asked me so now it was getting annoying, because we did not want go. He was very pushy and flirting with us, and i think also with a lot of other girls because we saw that he walked up to every young girl in the hotel also during the day at the pool. We know it is normal for most animation staff to socialize with guests, but he was mostly talking to only young girls and after we said no several times he kept trying and being really disrespectful about it. He was very rude to us after he noticed we were not interested. We went to the reception to mention this and to say that we feel it is not okay for someone that works here to be like this, but the guy from the reception said he can't do anything about it. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe and it is not acceptable for hotel staff to behave this way, especially after being clearly rejected. I remember his name as simo. Except this we enjoyed the vacation, my friends and I want to go back someday but we are having serious doubts because of all what happened and we feel like that the hotel does not take us serious.
