Very nice, clean and safe all-inclusive hotel in El Gouna. The doctor of the hotel, Dr Eslam Egypt, was extremely nice and competent. The lagoon beach was nice. Sea is warm and clean. The photographer was versatile. We ordered whole album. See examples. Food is delicious and staff is polite. The hotel management immediately took care of even our smallest problem.

There are also convenient transfers to Zeytouna Beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or simply unwind in a comfortable and peaceful setting.

We came here for a second vacation because it’s such an amazing hotel, but especially because the animation team is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you arrive, you feel the positive energy everywhere. Kimo, Magic, Simo, and Kay are always incredibly cheerful, friendly, and full of enthusiasm. They really go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and encouraged to join the activities, no matter your age or mood. Even if you’re not planning to participate at first, their energy and kindness make it hard to resist! The activities are fun, varied, and well-organized, so there’s always something enjoyable to do during the day. And in the evening, their shows are truly impressive—full of energy, humor, and creativity. You can clearly see how much effort they put into entertaining the guests. They honestly make the whole experience unforgettable. Thanks to them, this hotel feels even more special, and it’s a big reason why we decided to come back. We would definitely love to return again!

I have recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and daughter for a 10 day holiday. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Although quite basic, our room was spacious and cleaned everyday. We enjoyed the hotel food and there was a good variety to choose from. Our daughter loved the kids club and the two ladies who worked there were really kind and approachable. They ensured the children were having a fun time and planned engaging activities daily. All the staff worked very hard, they were friendly, polite and happy to have a chat or help us if we needed something. We loved the location of this hotel as it’s walking distance from downtown el gouna where you can have a wander around the local shops and restaurants. The hotel has multiple pools and slides to enjoy and is situated by the beach. You can get a free boat to zetouna island. We really appreciated the birthday love for our daughter! They sang to her and brought her a cake with a candle and some balloons for the table. Overall we would recommend this hotel and are looking forward to visiting this hotel again this year for the 3rd time 😊

Overall we are satisfied with the hotel, as we have been for many years and continue to be. However, even though prices are increasing, we sometimes struggle to see what added value the hotel is offering. They do renovate, but even the renovated rooms still seem to need occasional maintenance or touch-ups. Sometimes issues arise, such as a toilet, TV, tap, or sink not working properly. Other facilities could also be updated more in line with current standards over time. Despite this, it remains a nice and good hotel with wonderful staff . They are especially friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel, but they could do a bit more to maintain the star rating it deserves in our opinion.
