We had a wonderful stay at Three Corners Rihana El Gouna and truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it. A special thank you to Rachel from the Trixie Kids Club, who was fantastic with the children and made their stay even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank John at the Lagoon Bar for his excellent service and friendly attitude throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety every day and something for everyone. The drinks selection could be improved, as it felt a bit limited compared to the quality of the food. Our Superior Room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Although it didn't have a view, it was still a pleasant place to stay. One of the hotel's biggest strengths is its staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, making us feel at home. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the animation team organized more activities around the lagoon area, such as beach volleyball or other daytime games, to create a livelier atmosphere. Another area for improvement is fly control around the Lagoon Bar during lunchtime, as there were quite a few flies that made dining less comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!

I would like to recognize some team members who genuinely made a positive difference during my stay. Mr. Abdelnasser at Reception was professional, helpful, and always willing to assist. Special thanks as well to John at the Lagoon Bar, Youssef, the two colleagues working with him, and Shenouda for their excellent service and positive attitude. The Room Service team was also consistently good and responsive. On the other hand, the Peanuts Bar service was generally disappointing, with the exception of Hany, who was by far the most attentive and service-oriented member of the team. When Hany was not on duty, the difference in service quality was very noticeable. Unfortunately, the security team's approach and guest handling require significant improvement, as several interactions during the stay were unnecessary and negatively affected the overall guest experience.
