TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

Just returned back from the most amazing holiday at the Tui Blue Crystal Bay. The hotel was immaculate throughout and the restaurants and variety of food catered for the whole family. With so many things going on which is managed on an app you were spoilt if to spend time at the swim up bar or join in with the many activities which were going on, or spend time at the private beach/ lagoon. All the staff were amazing but our holiday was made extra special thanks to the Animations team in particular Bondak, Ahmed, Sofia and the Tui rep Romy

TUI Blue Crystal Bay in Egypt was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout the whole holiday. Everyone was friendly, polite, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the views around the hotel were stunning, especially around the pool and beach areas. The food was excellent with plenty of variety every day. There was something for everyone, from fresh grilled food and traditional Egyptian dishes to international options and desserts. The restaurants were all well organised, and the à la carte restaurants were especially enjoyable with great service and quality meals. The facilities around the hotel were fantastic. The pools were clean and relaxing, there were always sunbeds available, and the private beach area was beautiful with crystal clear water. Everything around the resort felt safe, relaxing, and luxurious. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team who worked incredibly hard every day and night. They created such a fun atmosphere around the pool and during the evening shows without being too pushy. The entertainment was enjoyable for both adults and families, and the team always made guests feel included. Overall, TUI Blue Crystal Bay is an amazing hotel that delivers excellent service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable holiday in Egypt and I would definitely return again.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing stay at Crystal Bay and would definitely come back again! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our whole trip. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and kept so clean at all times. The whole atmosphere was so relaxing and perfect for a couples holiday. The pools were great, and we especially loved the lagoon where there were plenty of sunbeds and stunning views. The location is good and not too far from the airport. Our room was really quiet, nice, and spacious, we were very happy with it. Room service also never failed to make us smile with the cute towel animals left in our room each day. We really enjoyed being able to visit the sister hotel next door and use their facilities too. It’s especially great if you’re visiting with kids as they have waterslides there. We also loved snorkeling off the pier, I’d recommend buying your snorkels from a shop outside of the hotel as the shop inside is very overpriced. The food was amazing overall, but Yades restaurant was definitely our favourite. Huge shoutout as well to the staff and animation team, especially Sofia, who was fantastic and really helpful during our stay. One thing I would mention is that we personally found excursions outside of the hotel to be much better value. We booked a snorkeling and dolphin watching trip with GoShalabi through GetYourGuide and had an amazing experience. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Crystal Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful holiday destination. We had the best time and would happily stay here again!

Everything was amazing. We had the best 10 days. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The entertainment guys were all brilliant. 🤩 Sofia I will miss our dancing! Food was exceptional and the grounds and rooms and facilities were immaculate. Great location and value for money. Cannot wait to go back.

Our stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay was pure luxury from start to finish. The resort is stunning, offering a truly high-end experience. We were particularly impressed by the food, every meal was delicious with fantastic variety. The entertainment team kept us smiling throughout.A special mention goes to Jessy, we loved speaking with her, and she made our holiday even more memorable. We can't wait to return to this paradise!
