TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

Just came back and have to say best hotel we have stayed in, loved it. After the small hiccup after arriving which was sorted out straight away the 10 days which we stayed there was great. The hotel itself was always clean, the pools were great and the beach was perfect. There’s a selection of restaurants to try and a must for different nights but the main restaurant food was just as good. The staff from the cleaners to the lifeguards, bar staff and reps were all very friendly and helpful. No belly trouble which we were worried about and we took nothing just used common sense. We went just me and the wife celebrating her 50th and earlier in the year our 25th anniversary and it was amazing. Thanks all for making our holiday great x

We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay in Hurghada. The hotel was beautiful, the staff and animation team (especially Jazz and Fe 😁😁) were very friendly and helpful, and the food was great with plenty of variety. The beach was lovely, and the pool areas were perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole resort had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Wow what a holiday from start to finish exceptional customer service from every memnber of staff, food and drinks were of a high standard always something different to choose from, hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean in every area gorgeous pools with plenty of space, entertainment staff were amazing always talking and interacting with everyone and including us in all activities tui blue we will be back 5+stars off us already booking for next year.

Just got back from tui blue crystal bay, what a fantastic place, every member of staff were fantastic, they all work so hard to keep the hotel looking great. Our room service cleaner( room 525) was the best we have ever had, he made towel art everyday, he even came for a turndown every night, fridge was always kept well stocked. There was not one mosquito to be seen all 2 weeks of staying there. The al a carte restaurants were all good, the best was the bbq on the outside seats. Tui blue staff were always checking up on us to see if everything was going fine. A special mention must go to the barman in the sports bar, he made the best cocktails ever. We booked a private transfer from the airport that cost £9 and was well worth it. Senzo mall was 12 minutes walk from the hotel and was well worth the visit ( we went 3 times). We visited the marina and sheredon street for a lovely evening meal, ( use the hotels taxi service £20 return for a nice car journey). We were getting sun beds around 8am but there were sun beds still empty till around 10am ( beach beds would fill up before 9am). The buffet restaurant was super for breakfast lunch and evening meal, great selection of different types of food. I will return to the crystal bay in the future.
