Absolutely brilliant hotel , so clean and all staff could not help enough, food amazing, enjoyed every second of it , scuba diving in next hotel is extra fun diving center ,if you are a seasoned diver do not use , they took me out on boat which was wonderful but they do snorkelling and island trips too so after a ten mtr dive it’s sit on boat for four hours , not good

Exceptional hotel ,30 minutes from airport Drink and face towels on arrival! Extremely clean in all areas including toilets around hotel Bar service around pool and inside bar... mohammed and John just the best at poolside bar,nothing too much trouble ,they make your stay memorable...thank you guys..you deserve every penny you get Rooms spacious .. cleaned thoroughly everyday..mini bar in room stocked daily free of charge Huge heated pools and jacuzzi Food amazing, Al a carte...Indian the best...tbh there's so much choice in main restaurant u don't need to go anywhere else Animation team outstanding..best yet..their enthusiasm prevails.. always activities going on from 10 am Shows good at night Best hotel I have stayed in yet..booking for next year!

I’ve just returned from an amazing 10-night stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 🤍 From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The rooms were spacious, modern and kept spotless every single day — the housekeeping team do an incredible job and the level of cleanliness across the whole hotel is honestly faultless. They never stop cleaning. The gardens of the hotel also are always kept in pristine condition the gardeners are always working hard daily to make sure everything is kept presentable and beautiful. The food was another highlight. There was such a great variety every day, with something for everyone, and everything was always fresh and well presented — you’re never stuck for choice! The bar staff work incredibly hard all day every day, always making sure we are satisfied. Special mention to food & beverage management always making sure everything runs smoothly & checking on guests to make sure they are happy and if they need anything. There is a wide variety of cocktails alcoholic and non alcoholic, my kids enjoyed working their way through the mocktail menu. The bar staff even custom made them some mocktails which the kids loved! The al a carte restaurants are fantastic we loved the Turkish barbecue and the Indian restaurant the most! We also loved the Greek restaurant yades for lunch very nice fajitas, pizzas, spaghetti bolognaise. The service there is amazing too. A special mention has to go to the animation team — they really make the experience. There’s always something going on, from fun daytime activities to evening entertainment, and they bring such a great energy to the hotel. Special mention to Ahmed and Mofasa who have a place in my heart! These guys are worth their weight in gold with how incredible they are at their job. Not one day went by that we didn’t laugh & have a good time with these guys. We had a great time doing club dances with the animation team on the terrace in the evening and by the pool in the daytime. And finally, the fitness instructor deserves real recognition. His variety of classes and activities throughout the day is amazing, and you can tell how hard he works to keep guests engaged and motivated. Whether it’s pool workouts or group classes, he gives 100% every time and it doesn’t go unnoticed! He is very friendly and welcoming always working with a smile on his face. Tarek - he works as part of the photography team, he works hard going round the pool everyday engaging with the guests, he obviously has a job to do but he isn’t pushy, he doesn’t get much business here but still everyday goes around the pool with a smile on his face. He makes us feel welcome every time we come. We also celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday whilst we were here, and the hotel truly made it one to remember. The effort and little touches meant so much and made our stay even more special 🥂✨ Overall, an incredible stay and we’ll definitely be returning — thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. Our 6th time in this hotel and we really feel at home when we are here. I never want to leave!

Once again an excellent holiday. 5th time at this hotel. Continues to be of high standard. Food perfect, plenty choice. Al a Carte restaurants are all fantastic. The housekeeping staff keep the rooms exceptionally clean and always well restocked fridges, towels etc. As returning guests we are always warmly welcomed and recognised and thanked by managers and staff alike for returning. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Tui Blue team are fantastic. The animation team work very hard and sometimes maybe not recognised enough for their hard work. They do a fabulous job keeping everyone entertained without being too pushy. This years festivals at the beach and flyboard demos were incredible. So much fun making the big burgers!! The main restaurant is full of fresh food and always of a high standard. Our waited Magdy always smiling, so attentive and makes the best coffee! Special mention has to go to Mohamed H and John at the pool bar. Brilliant bar staff. Drinks always made to perfection. Gin Sprite! Mohamed always smiling and so friendly and helpful (pay rise deserved boys) Pool staff always cheery. Thanks again for another great holiday, hope to see you all again soon. Helen & Ali Scotland

We had an amazing stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay Resort and would definitely return! The food was excellent throughout our stay—both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants offered a great variety and everything we tried was delicious. The drinks were also very good; although not branded, they were enjoyable, and the cocktails were even better. A special shoutout to Ahmed at the Oasis Beach Bar, who made the best ones! The only slight downside was the all-inclusive wine, which unfortunately didn’t live up to the same standard as the rest of the drinks. The animation team worked incredibly hard to keep everyone entertained and made a real effort to involve guests without being pushy. One small improvement could be the music selection, as there was one day where songs were repeated for a couple of hours—but it didn’t affect our overall experience. A special thank you to Koko, who went above and beyond every day to ensure we had a fantastic stay, and to Mahmous, who checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel grounds are absolutely immaculate—not a weed in sight. Every tree, flower, and bush is beautifully maintained and pruned to perfection. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel!
