TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

It was absolutely fantastic! The resort is unbelievably clean and well maintained- great layout - loads of places to sit, sunbathe whether on the beach or near one of the pools - the staff were immense - consistent and fabulous level of service - happy, helpful and can do attitude - nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent from the buffet to the ala carte restaurants - plenty of choice and lots of different eating destinations to enjoy a variety of tastes and flavours - from outside BBQ to Indian cuisine and our absolute favourite - the Egyptian which has to be tried - food gorgeous and location super - staff were brilliant - but are brilliant throughout! We stayed in a junior suite overlooking the sea and were on the 2nd floor - the view was lovely and the accommodation amazing - very large double room with everything you could need- walk in wardrobe - plenty of space - hangers - drawers - safe etc - separate room with sofa - tv - tea and coffee making facilities - fridge - restocked every day and large bathroom - with double sink, bath and shower which was incredible - separate WC. This was and is a perfect destination if you are looking to chill - there is plenty of entertainment if you want it - loads of activities with the feeling of space throughout - our stay was excellent - would highly recommend - lots of happy memories made!

Absolutely amazing stay - the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the deserts bar and cocktails were delightful, and there were a myriad of entertainment every day. Our room was just opposite the main pool, which made sunbathing and going for a dip very convenient. Furthermore, the Christmas Gala did not disappoint: the live entertainment and food choices were exquisite. Our TUI rep on site was very helpful and communicated extremely fluently in English (and German for other tourists too!). Vehemently pleased by the whole experience.

We really enjoyed Tamer (singer) we were lucky enough to see him twice in our week. He was by far the most talented and professional of all the singers we saw in our week at the resort.

Outstanding – best staff experience we’ve ever had We had an outstanding stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay. The staff were incredibly attentive and without doubt the best we have ever experienced – nothing was ever too much trouble anywhere across the complex. The food was exceptional in every restaurant, with plenty of choice and excellent quality throughout. All restaurants were very easy to book online, which made the experience stress-free. Not one dodge tummy either 🤣 There were no issues at all with sunbeds, the grounds were immaculate, and the pools were clean and absolutely lovely. The whole resort is very well maintained and relaxing. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. This is January so not sure how busy it would be July & August Would recommend visiting the marina too £20 from hotel taxi company

It was brilliant very friendly and Ahmed Mohamed in pool par is very friendly and the cocktails is great the entertainment team program is very good and also I had very good time in terrace and also loppy bar is very good and great I had great vacation tui blue crystal bay I hope I will come again
