First the positives - attentive staff, amazing well kept gardens, very clean in public areas, and food was excellent in all restaurants. The Indian was the best as was the BBQ. The food was beautifully presented and plentiful. Staff wore PPE when dealing with food, aprons and gloves. Really easy to book restaurants via app and there were plenty of places considering the hotel had 70% occupancy. We stayed in the Suites with a sea view and I have to say, room size was amazing. Large bathroom with separate toilet, separate bedroom, lounge (with x2 single beds), walk in closet, mini bar. Areas to improve - Our room was a little dated, minor scratches on furniture and a very worn picture on the wall that really needed removing or replacing. Cocktails are a bit hit and miss, especially when bar staff are busy, either too much alcohol or bland in taste. I think to maintain consistency in cocktails, would suggest bar staff training. The hotel grounds are massive, so if you have mailability problems, I would suggest booking a pool view, as sea view or partial sea view are an 8 minute walk to the main building. Entertainment - mainly singers in the evening with the Entertainment staff dancing. Would benefit with a planned programme with a mixture of entertainment rather than singers. That said, the violinst in the main restaurant in the morning was amazing and really enjoyable to listen to.

19 if us just returned from a 11 night stay. We all absolutely loved our stay. Arrival - smooth, they sat us all down and sorted everything while we drank our welcome drinks. Rooms - We had a variety of rooms mine was a family room, it was far (644) around a 5 min walk which is a pain when you are running back and forth to your room. Was two rooms living room set up with 2 beds and large double in bed room with view of ocean and yades. The room was OK sloppy painting and grout work but had air-conditioning and fridge. The guy who cleaned and stocked up our room was amazing. My mum had a junior suite (246) it was very big and pretty with a great view but again quite a walk to the lobby and the pools. Few others in our company had the regular deluxe rooms (401,403,419) they were a great location near the lobby and pools also loved they were just one big room, I would book them the next time. I don't think any rooms would have a bad view but if mobility issues or young children I would request ground floor and close to the lobby. The safe is free. Pools - they are beautiful and plenty loungers and shade, they don't mind you moving chairs to suit. There is a small very shallow pool. Then a kids pool probably knee height then you have a family pool that goes into a adult pool that has a pool bar and a seating area you can sit at the pool bar. Then another large pool went from 120 -160 cms deep. Pool staff are amazing will make you anything also is waiter service they are the nicest guys. They are not strict they just want you to be happy so please be kind to them. You can get any drinks from coffee to cocktails. Restaurants - The buffet has plenty for everyone even opens back up late at night 11pm to 1am, the late one isn't a massive selection but is nice there is some food available. Yades you book for breakie but lunch you dont, it's lovely. The truffle scrambled eggs are great for breakie, the woman manager and head waiter looks like a guy from a TV show need to learn how to smile put me off going in (all other staff in the hotel are awsome) The a la cartes - we never had an issue getting in can book from the day before the fillet steak in the Mediterranean was delicious, our party loved the Indian I never tried it, the BBQ is amazing u can get a big share platter for your table or pick your own, there is no limit to what you can order including steaks, it is delicious and has lovely dips, the Egyptian was a bit slow and least favourite food but the scenery was stunning. Yades I don't think we did Dinner there, the pizza is lovely but ask for extra sauce as 2 out of 3 times wasn't enough, I asked for all the meat and all the veg lol. Tips - not needed but we generally tipped $2 at a time they deserve it and for drinks our orders were generally quite big. Gym - is a few machines you can do multiple exercises on and light dumbells, running machines and maybe a cross trainer or similar. Singers - the singers are good but the crowd wasn't very engaging like singing along, when we were more lively you could tell it made them very happy. Sports bar and the dome - you can watch the football etc here the dome is very warm but maybe just drink up you won't notice it as much. Toys - there is electric scooters VR near the sports bar and dodgem type things in the pool you can pay $10 to go on. We did a trip to orange bay it is stunning we hired a private boat and transfer for 19 of us was $800 food etc included it's stunning. We also went to the marina its gorgeous prob 25 mins away. We did lucas pub the food and drinks were great especially strawberry gin and was a magician very good price Usually go to the carribean and this honestly did not disappoint any of us. Will 100% return

I have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel and I honestly cannot fault it. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. the room, grounds inside and out are immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning and so well maintained. The staff are super respectful (especially as two young females travelling) and cannot do enough for you. They are a credit to the hotel. In particular: Mahmoud salah in the restaurant Ahmed our lovely cleaner who could not do enough for us Melad- a member of bar staff at the adult pool who always had a big smile on his face and remembered everyone’s drinks, offering drinks when he realised someone did not have one in their hand and working extremely hard in 36 degree heat Mohamed Hasan - lifeguard at the adult pool who every morning would help set up umbrellas and arrange sunbeds, and generally offer any help if he saw someone needed it There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools and reserving sunbeds is forbidden which is a welcome addition. The hotel offers pool towels and red flags which you can take from the towel shed to leave on your table throughout the day to let salespeople know that you aren’t interested. They give out bottled water as standard at the restaurant and around the pool. If you’re looking for a lovely getaway then this is the place! We booked as 2 females. Tips : - Take an insulated flask to the pool/beach to keep your drinks / water cool - There is an exchange machine near to reception with decent exchange rates - There is a parade of shops across the road. I’d recommend buying from the ‘fixed price’ bazaar in the left as it’s much cheaper than the other shops (learnt this the hard way) - go to the pharmacy across the road and buy antinal tablets incase you get Egypt belly. They’re around 50p for a pack of 24
