TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

We had such a lovely stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with great food and a fantastic atmosphere throughout our holiday. A special mention has to go to Olivia from the entertainment team. She only started towards the end of our stay but came in with such a huge bang! Her energy was incredible from day one - always smiling, friendly, and getting everyone involved. She brought such a fun and positive vibe to the hotel and genuinely made a big impact on our holiday in such a short amount of time. You could tell how passionate she is about her job and she was amazing at making guests feel welcome and included. The entertainment felt so much more lively and enjoyable with her around. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and entertainment team! Thank you for such a wonderful stay- we would definitely return.

Excellent all inclusive hotel in Hurghada, very clean, with beautiful grounds. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, a little tired in places, shower was rubbish in R635. À la carte restaurants provided quality food, the bbq was our favourite, but all were excellent. All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The beach was beautiful and calm, but if you want a bed on the beach front god knows what time you need to get a towel down. That was very disappointing. Another slight disappointment was the quality of the drinks, a good amount of cocktails on the menu but very low alcoholic content, especially compared to the sister hotel where we watched the show! They were polar opposite in strength! We also took a taxi, booked at the hotel, to the marina, a nice change, cheap food and drink. There is very little outside the hotel, small selection of shops but be prepared to be mithered to buy, wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also a shopping centre 10 min walk away. We will return, but maybe to try El Gouna where I imagine a completely different experience. All this said, we really enjoyed our week at Crystal Bay, with a special mention to Jess from the entertainment team!❤️

What a fabulous time we had in a wonderful place. The staff were so attentive. The food in all the different restaurants was delightful. I will be recommending to friends and family and I think I’ll be back.

This hotel and resort is beautiful! Well looked after and exceptionally clean. Rooms are spacious and all have nice views. You also have access to Mamlouk and Sunrise Garden hotels next door. Food is good, something for everyone. Yades restaurant is good for burgers, pizza etc. The Indian restaurant is a must. Food is really good. Recommend that you collect a red flag with your towels so you don't get bothered by sales teams. Highly recommend this resort. If you're visiting to see historical sites do the overnight to Luxor. It's fantastic!
