TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

Me & my wife stayed at this resort for a peaceful 10 day stay, So glad we booked this hotel. I can say plus & minus points. Firstly minus. We were allocated room 230, lovely view, but is a little bit tired & if need if a refurb. And that was it! Plus points...Where do we start? Every member of staff went above & beyond to make our holiday great. The grounds are so well looked after. The food was very good theme nights.I guess you have read recent reviews so wont gone on to this too much...personal choice. The room was cleaned daily as you would expect. Entertainment crew 110% pool lovely The beach area was pretty quiet but so peaceful Cannot fault this lovely hotel in " any department" from start to finish. We booked this hotel because we loved the look of the Family Swim-Up Suite, but what we didn’t initially realise was that our room also included access to the Posh Club. Looking back, this is what took an already fantastic holiday and made it something really special. The experience began before we’d even arrived. After contacting the hotel, we were sent a pre-arrival form asking about any special occasions, our preferred bed setup, which pillows we’d like from the pillow menu and even what temperature we’d like the air conditioning set to before we arrived. It’s these little touches that immediately make you feel valued. Another huge bonus was the complimentary private airport transfer. Instead of checking in at reception, we were driven straight to our room where we were warmly welcomed by our butler, Hager. Throughout our stay, Hager was available via WhatsApp and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Our room (450) was exceptional. It was spacious, modern and immaculately clean, with a hallway leading to a lounge area that doubled as a second bedroom. The minibar was replenished daily with beers, soft drinks and water, alongside a coffee machine with pods, kettle, fresh fruit and delicious Egyptian sweets. The bathroom deserves a special mention. The double sinks were great, but the shower was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel—powerful, consistently hot and exactly what you want after a day in the sun. The bedroom itself was large, with plenty of wardrobe space, a free safe and another large TV with lots of English channels. Outside was our own terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and a private plunge pool. While the plunge pool is designed more for cooling off than swimming, having direct access from the terrace into the larger shared swim-up pool for the Family Swim-Up Suites was absolutely brilliant. Although the resort is large, it never felt crowded. The swim-up suite area was peaceful and relaxing, while other pools around the hotel catered for families, entertainment and adults-only guests, including a fantastic swim-up bar. One thing that really stood out was how immaculate the grounds were. The gardens are absolutely stunning. The gardening team work tirelessly from morning until evening and every corner of the resort is beautifully maintained. You can tell there’s enormous pride in keeping the hotel looking its best. Food was another highlight. Alongside the main buffet, there are five complimentary à la carte restaurants—Indian, Greek, Turkish BBQ, Mediterranean and Egyptian—which you can book as often as availability allows during your stay. There’s also a seafood restaurant at an extra charge. We didn’t try that one, but every restaurant we did visit was excellent. The Indian restaurant was outstanding and easily our favourite. The additional Posh Club benefits were well worth having, including: * A dedicated butler via WhatsApp. * Access to the exclusive Posh Club Lounge for drinks and meals. * A private beach area. * Complimentary daily laundry. * A fresh fruit basket delivered to the room each day. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every single member of staff, without exception, made us feel welcome. Whether it was security, gardeners, housekeeping, pool attendants, bar staff or restaurant teams, everyone smiled, greeted us and genuinely seemed happy to help. That level of friendliness can’t be trained—it comes from people who clearly take pride in what they do. We’ve stayed in some wonderful hotels over the years, but the service here ranks among the very best. If you’re considering upgrading to a room with Posh Club access, don’t hesitate. It genuinely transforms the experience and is worth every penny. A huge thank you to Hager and every member of staff for making our holiday unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel was a massive complex with absolutely everything you need, but be prepared to get your steps in. Despite it being a family hotel, there are areas for adults only, and there are plenty of activities day and night for everyone. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily and have plenty of storage space, beautiful rooms. The food is exceptional, with your buffet restaurant and the 7 a la carte restaurants (which can be booked as many times as you wish). I would definitely recommend the Mediterranean restaurant, Yades (Greek) restaurant and the Turkish BBQ restaurant. The staff are absolutely amazingly friendly and cannot do enough for you. A particular shout out to Mostaffa who has so much passion for his job and a heart of gold. We will certainly be returning to this place.

This hotel is one of the absolute best in Hurghada. We stayed there for 6 days for our anniversary, and the hospitality here we saw from everyone was really professional and very friendly. A shout-out and a very special thanks to both Ahmed and Hagar from the Posh-club butler team, who made sure that our every request was fulfilled. They both made sure that our stay was exceptional. One of the best things about this hotel was the cristal Sea Lagoon, which was always calm and very relaxing to swim in. Also, a great optional service that can be chosen when booking is to pick a room that is part of the "Posh-club", everything related to it made the trip extra special. Will definitely be returning to this place.

We had a fantastic stay at TUI BLUE Crystal Bay in Hurghada. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, and getting a sunbed was never an issue, which made for a really relaxing holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly, hardworking, and attentive – they really do wait on you hand and foot and are constantly working to make sure guests have everything they need. The hotel itself is immaculate. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and both the rooms and communal areas are spotless. The only thing that lets the hotel down slightly is the evening entertainment, which became quite repetitive over the course of our stay. Aside from that, we couldn't fault it and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Hurghada.
