TUI BLUE Crystal Bay

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay in Hurghada. What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the people. A huge shout out to Olivia from the animation team – she went completely above and beyond, especially with the children but also with the adults too. Her energy, kindness, and genuine care took the holiday to another level. She made everyone feel included, always had a smile on her face, and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere every single day. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. The animation team as a whole were always friendly, engaging, and bringing great energy without being too much. They really enhanced the overall experience. Another standout was Ahmed who serves drinks at pool bar – He was constantly on the go, so friendly and accommodating, and regularly brought drinks directly over to us without us even needing to wait at the bar. That level of service really makes a difference and didn’t go unnoticed. We also treated ourselves to the spa treatment during our stay, and the massages were genuinely high quality with reasonable prices too. The hotel itself is really nice and kept to a very high standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and always left spotless. Food was good too, and something I really appreciated was the great range of vegan-friendly options available. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and it was clear the hotel caters well for different dietary needs. Across the board, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Combined with the lovely facilities, clean environment, and great atmosphere, it made for a truly memorable holiday. If you’re thinking about booking – do it! :)

What an amazing holiday. Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore. From beautiful grounds to incredible food to gorgeous and friendly staff 😍 worth every penny and we will be back!! We traveled as a family of 3 with our 10 year old and our friends 🧡 stayed a week and it wasnt enough. This hotel did not disappoint. The choice of restaurants was amazing (Indian was our fave) main buffet restaurant was top quality 👌 The Entertainment team were incredible with the kids AND adults.. There was somthing fun to do day and night we couldn't believe how much effort the they put into organising fun things. From a foam party to carnival to a huge festival to dance shows, zumba, sports, darts amd even a late night pool party where everyone jumped in!!.. the list goes on. Pool was clean, life guard and waiting staff were so impressive. Our room was left immaculate everyday. The grounds of this hotel are stunning. Thankyou so much to Crystal Bay for making our holiday so awesome especially Olivia who we fell in love with xxxx

Recently returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful hotel. The service and care from all of the staff was incredible. On arrival we were seated, given a chilled flannel and fresh juice while they booked us in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole grounds were immaculate. Gardeners and cleaners are busy from sunrise to sunset. We will definitely return. Special mention to the animation team who were fab. A special mention for Olivia who went out of her way every day to make sure everyone had what they needed and make the activities fun. #Gilly. Mofasa also works hard. All in all a great hotel. Food was good, freshly made. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 was because the night time entertainment was quite poor. The same poor dancers every night doing pretty much the same routine. The hotel needs s 2 week revolving schedule for entertainment for those staying 2 weeks .

Fabulous hotel stayed here many times we stayed in room 214 over looking the pools room is spacious with good quality fitting Would like to thank Mr Mohammed Sherif for his assistance with our room and Taxi transfer from the airport All the managers are very approachable and happy to help Excellent food buffet restaurant has lots of choice at each meal time with themed daily evening meals we would like to thank Mr Elsoudy Ahmed for his excellent service in the buffet restaurant there’s always a chef available in the restaurants to assist guests with special dietary requests We would recommend the Mediterranean restaurant the steak was very nice I had the chicken kiev ,the restaurant has a nice pleasant atmosphere the staff are very good,special thanks to manager Ahmed Pools gardens and surrounding area a kept to a high standard would like to mention Emed,Mohammed Rawman at the towel hut and the life guards around the pools these guys work tirelessly to keep the areas running smooth,excellent quality towels available Mr Mahmoud Sabry and his staff serve good quality cocktails,menu available from the waiters and at the bar,also beer spirits and wine,the service from all bars a very good, special mention to Mohamed Hossany pool bar, Mohamed Abbas and John from the terrace bar The Entertainment staff do a good job with activities was lovely to meet Olivia and Ahmed again There are singers on the terrace and shows in the amphitheater fire show and white party, Foam party one afternoon a week,Carnival shows twice a week at the Sunrise Garden Beach hotel next door twice weekly for all Sunrise guests transport available in the foyer on these evening Reception staff are very good always available to help, ATM behind reception for currency exchange also a bank opposite the sunrise garden beach hotel 5 mins walk Tui Blue customer service team are always available to help,office is behind the reception area blue app is easy to upload and his very useful it gives menus for restaurants activities etc. See you soon Janice and Dave Tunstall

What a fantastic holiday we have just had at this resort. I would 💯 % recommend this hotel to anyone whether it’s a family holiday, couples or even solo. The location is only 20mins from the airport. We as a family of 5 traveled with friends and loved every part. A huge shout out to the Animation team who entertained the children (and the adults). Special mentions to Olivia and Mo! Rooms very clean, staff around to pool were very friendly and helpful. Great choice of restaurants on site including its own private beach area. There is a great balance between adult only areas and family areas. All very well signposted. Great time had by all and we will definitely return one day.
