TUI BLUE Makadi Gardens

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff especially Mustafa, Hassan and Mohammed by the pool they really made our holiday and a credit to the hotel !

my friends and myself came on 11th May and cannot belive just how lovely it is , we didnt have to que up to book in , we just sat down and they came to us with a very welcome drink and booked us in then ,our room was very nice and clean and had everything we wanted ,food was lovely and plenty-full .pool was refreshing and very clean , a massive shout out to Islam who kept us hydrated every day , he is truly a credit to this hotel ,we celebrated my birthday there and was so suprised just how caring they were , i loved how they made me feel so special . the entertainment was laid back but very good , , our room cleaner was amazing , even came to rescue us when i locked us out on the balcony , everyone made us feel just so special . we are already planning to return , your hotel is small but has a massive heart thank you for a hoilday we will never forget xx

Couldn’t recommend this hotel resort any more, everything is just how you’d wish it could be, Totally get your money worths with the Rooms,Pools,food,drinks and the service is 10/10… We stayed around the same area of the pool the whole time due to meeting this amazing guy Called Eslam, he wasn’t just there to serve us drinks he was there to make us feel welcome and he is a great down to earth guy and someone I can now call my friend, Amazing young lad who had a smile on his face every single day and I can’t praise him enough. We will be back :) thank you Makadi Gardens..

We have just returned from our third stay at this hotel and we had a fantastic time - although there are clearly more issues now than there were on our first visit. Room - room itself lovely, hard but comfortable bed and duvets available in the wardrobe. Lots of hanging space and shelves for clothing. The bathroom needs attention - our shower door was hanging off and the grouting needs a touch up. We had a balcony, but unfortunately didn’t use it as for the second year in a row we faced a building site which does ruin it somewhat. The bathroom towels are also very scratchy and clearly haven’t been replaced in quite some time. Service - service was great with friendly staff. Everyone got to know your drink order really quickly and made sure you had what you needed. Beach - the beach is definitely the best thing about this hotel. Comfortable loungers, brilliant service and always clean toilets. Food - food was lovely as always, especially at our “romantic” meal at the beach restaurant on the Sunday night - that was absolutely fantastic. My biggest issue this year was actually the behaviour of other guests, and the fact that staff did nothing to stop it. People were sat at the pool, or at one point the bar, playing their own music loudly from speakers. This was incredibly annoying, especially as when more than one person was doing this you’d end up with multiple songs at once all merging together and creating some sort of awful remix. Staff never asked them to stop, and I really wish they would have. The whole appeal of this hotel has always been how quiet and relaxing it is - if you want loud music and party vibes there are plenty of other hotels in the area that provide exactly that. All in all, this is still a lovely hotel but it is not quite the serene escape it used to be. We’d already booked for next year before this trip as we were so sure we’d want to go back, but now we’re not so sure.

Just back from our second home and once again we loved every minute.This place ticks every box for us, peaceful setting, spotless in all areas, good food and above all, excellent service, What more could you wish for.Many thanks.See you all in September.
